“Beautiful property, friendly host and stunning pool!”
The property is beautifully presented and the pool was amazing. The host and her elder mother were very warm and friendly, thy took great care of us and we enjoyed chatting to them. The breakfast was nice and good value. Our rooms had everything we needed and were styled nicely with comfy bed and nice bathroom/shower. AC and the pool were great as the weather was very warm. Perfect place to explore and/or just chill out at.

The host was amazing, very approachable and gentle. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay and was very accommodating. The views were spectacular. The place was very peaceful and in a great location. Somewhere perfect to reset, relax but also explore if you want.

“Little paradise on Earth!”
We loved Everything! It’s such a beautifully renovated and decorated place with so much love for detail. So much work went into the beautiful gardens as well! And the host and her mother are such kind and lovely people who made our stay that much nicer!

“Authentic Italian experience.”
The property is conveniently located at the foot of Montepulciano. The pool has an incredible view over the Tuscan countryside and you can view the town of Montepulciano in the distance. The host, Manola and her mother, are the sweetest ladies and they were so helpful. We had a wonderfully authentic Italian experience. We arrived late in the afternoon, and Manola prepared complimentary crostini and gorgeous vino Nobile to settle us in. Thank you again Manola, for being such a great host!

“Lovely peaceful accommodation ~35 minute walk up to Montepulciano”
Lovely accommodation with the most accommodating host. Great for relaxing and enjoying a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. About a 35 minute (up hill) walk up to Montepulciano, in which you can find a supermarket and lots of restaurants.

“Wonderful place, relaxing, very clean, amazing hospitality”
The property is at a dreamy location with a scenic view to the hills. A perfect place to enjoy the Tuscany countryside. The owner does a very good job in keeping everything super clean and tidy making sure we feel comfortable. And the most important thing… Signora Manola (owner) is the most hospitable and sweet person! She gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful throughout our entire stay. We are so grateful to have chosen this place for our holidays and we will definitely come back again!
