Best accomodation we have stayed at so far during our Europe travels! Gorgeous accomodation, with the pool to cool down in on hot days and stunning views. Breakfast could not have been better! Plenty of delicious fresh food, and we loved the little pets who kept us company! Antonella and the team thank you so much for the stay!

The entire place was incredible with stunning views and really quiet and peaceful. Every member of staff was so warm and welcoming and the breakfast was out of this world! The pool was a perfect oasis and would recommend staying here to anyone. The room also had a kitchenette which was so helpful!

We had a great stay! The farm feel of the Tuscan villa was exactly what we were looking for. The host was super friendly and the breakfast on the terrace was amazing. We will be back!

“Great experience of Tuscany”
Super friendly family. Great location and wonderful house just outside of the city walls in walkable distance and close to supermarket. Nice pool with great view to the Tuscan landscape. Very dog friendly. Fantastic breakfast on the terrasse.

Perfect location! Situated in a quiet area, yet only a 15-minute walk from the city center. If you’re looking to relax your nervous system, this is the perfect place — all you can hear are the birds. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

“Comfortable stay in a good location with parking”
Excellent location for exploring the town of Montepulciano and the surrounding area when you require safe and free parking. The walk into town is uphill, but not far, and then you can drink as much vino nobile as you like. We booked last minute and only an ensuite room was available. If there had been a choice, we would have chosen an apartment for more facilities and an outdoor seating area. However, even for the rooms, there is a communal space (also where breakfast is served) where you can make tea and coffee and have use of a fridge. The room was comfortable (although very hot for my preference) with a nice view over the olive groves. Quiet location and fairly well soundproofed rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, served to your table and consisting of typical sweet and savoury Italian pastries. Also eggs cooked to order. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

“This is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Tuscany has to offer.”
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had a lovely terrace which overlooked the pool and the valley. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had stunning views from every window. A supermarket and great restaurants were within easy walking distance. The pool was clean and there were lots of options for outdoor seating.

“Great place to relax and enjoy Montepulciano”
We only stayed one night but we wished we had stayed longer. The room was very comfortable, both in size and facilities. The breakfast was also very good and the property is only a couple of minutes away from the old town by car. The surroundings are beautiful even in a cold November day 😍
