Overview
Palazzo Carletti is in the heart of Montepulciano's historic centre. It offers panoramic views and spacious rooms with free pay-per-view channels, free minibar and 15 minutes of free international phones calls. Wi-Fi is free. Palazzo Carletti is set in a Mediaeval building and features original frescoes, high ceilings and views over the Chiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno. Each of the Carletti's individually designed rooms has separate sleeping and living areas, satellite TV, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Some rooms come with a large spa bath or an en suite Turkish bath. A shuttle bus connects Palazzo Carletti to the Montepulciano Bus Station. Free parking places are available at a car park 300 metres from the property.

“Next level amazing.”
Great location and host. Parking is a little tricky but the ladies were so helpful. Even came with us in the car so we knew exactly where to go and walked with us back to the hotel. This hotel is a real find. Could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely stunning property in the perfect location. We had one of the modern rooms and all the amenities and furnishings are first class, with a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills. Frederica is also a first class host - not only is she attentive, she also booked us a beautiful table at a lovely restaurant.

“Amazing!”
Grandiose! It was vast and very comfortable! The location is amazing and exceptional! We were welcomed at the parking area which was easy to access with great instructions. The person in charge is very reactive, kind and went beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It was our daughter’s birthday and she brought a little pastry with a candle at breakfast time. Kind touch! Breakfast was taking in the big room, we had a table for 5. Breakfast and as generously served, with fresh fruit salad yogurt on top of pastries, bread, sweets, we could not finish! The bedrooms were stunning a. We had a room for three, our daughter slept upstairs and had her own independent area with TV and air conditioning. The spiral steal staircase was charming ( it challenged my tall husband tough). The bathroom was huge as well as the bathtub. Our daughter also enjoy the changing light. It had all the little supplies you’ll need and little touch like mini bath bomb. Our beds were extremely comfortable, the room was very quiet , well decorated and the tea and coffee one of the best we came across in all our travelling experiences. It also has an ice cube machine and all included drinks in a fridge. Our other two daughters were as comfortable as us in an other section of the building which was easy to access. Their double room had a very spacious bathroom with a shower, decorated with taste and very quiet. We highly recommend Palazzo Carletti!
