“A house where you feel at home.”

This stay was one of our favourites from a two weeks holiday in Italy! Lucia was amazing host, the house is full of small details that show true care and wish to make the house feel warm and welcoming. The breakfast is organised per rooms do each room gets its own portions (yogurt, juice, ham and cheese), and also some food to share (e.g. eggs, tomatoes, fruit). It is very clean and you also get toiletries and coffee and tea for the room. Each room also has its outdoor sunbeds and table with chairs, where we enjoyed some wine and platter. The big plus for us was the fridge, it is shared, but big and plenty of space to put your food. Our favourite part about this accomodation was also un gatto that comes to visit around house (but does not bother), that made us feel even more as if we were in our own home. Also, the distance to the centro storico is such a close proximity that we went there by foot. Later for the dinner we went with car and parked at the city centre enterance for two euros.

Beautiful structure with great view. We stay three nights and didn’t want to leave. Good breakfast and possibly to make BBQ for dinner. We like everything. Thanks Laura!

Beautiful breakfast every morning. We locked our key inside the first afternoon. The host, most gracious, opened our door (we could see she had gotten out of the shower by the towel on her head)

Calm and quiet place, nice location , easy to get there, free parking. Breakfast was fulfilling and there were plenty of choices. Lucia was kind and helpful.

Perfect location a 10 min walk and u were in the center... breakfast was fresh and served well. we enjoyed our 2 night stay. totally value for money.

If you want to experience true warmth, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is the place to stay. Everything here is created with so much love and care — from the smallest details in the interior to the genuine attention of the hosts. A very special thank you to Lucia for her incredible help — she kindly picked us up from the station and brought us back, which was such a blessing as we didn’t have a car and it turned out taxis in Montepulciano are quite hard to find. We stayed for only a couple of days, but it felt like we were welcomed as old friends. The coziness, cleanliness, breathtaking views, and the wonderful energy of this home made our stay truly unforgettable. When we left, we felt a little sadness in our hearts because we had grown so fond of this place and the amazing people who created it. We truly hope to return one day!

Lucia was an amazing host! Breakfast was fantastic and the property was gorgeous. Such a romantic, quiet stay.

“Nice stay”

Very peaceful location, nice olive tree garden. It is set up in a basic but nice way, we enjoyed it. The garden was also a big plus, as it felt relaxing and private at the same time, at least for the room we were in. Good location, nice host.

We loved this room, comfortable and with a good breakfast, but the best is the view outside and the location of the house between the olive trees. Close to Montepulciano and good restaurants arround.

The place is beautiful and very relaxing, we stayed for 2 nights only but with would have spent more time at Pacifico and around Montepulciano.

Immaculate and clean. Wonderful helpful host. Good breakfast, plenty of choice and food. Picture perfect location close to town (on foot) and supermarket.

The house has three double rooms with bathroom and a dining area. Very near the city. But in a quiet area with a big garden. Breakfast included, with vegan and gluten free options. Room and bathroom working fine. Parking available for free.

Very pretty spot, very quiet for a good night's sleep with very comfortable bed, great value. Breakfast area is well organized and attractive, nice attention to detail.
