Great location with a view over San Biagio Cathedral and the surrounding countryside. Quiet location. Well appointed kitchen. Capacity to pay for access to a washing machine. Offered free tickets to a concert in Montepulciano during our stay.

Host was responsive and met us to share information about the apartment. Housekeeping came once daily to clean. Location is great, overview of the church and a 20-minute walk into Montepulciano town. Nice outside grounds to enjoy wine and snacks while looking into the Tuscan countryside. It was an art week in Montepulciano and the host shared with us some tickets so that we could enjoy a concert in the church in old town. We felt very happy for this kind gesture. Parking was available on site.

Montorio is a wonderful place, on the doorsetp of Montepulciano yet totally immeresed in cared-for vegetaton, from olive groves, cypresses, fruit trees to evergreen oaks. The views are stunning. The place breathes with ancient history. Everything worked perfectly and it was warm and cosy and super clean. Stefania was extremly responsive and accommodating. 10/10

It’s a beautiful family owned property with fantastic history, views and easy location to town and surrounding attractions with parking for your car. Very well set up with everything you need. Whilst it was not advertised, there is a laundry that can be used for a small fee (which was much appreciated during our stay).

I have only words of praise for this address. Stefania is a very kind person, always oriented to our comfort and always giving us the best information and recommendations for all our needs. The geographical location, the landscape and the cleanliness make this location the best choice to visit Tuscany. We really appreciate the fact that the apartment was cleaned daily. We visited Rome and Florence, leaving from this location and traveling relatively little by car. Whether you want to eat well or buy quality local produce, Stefania definitely has a recommendation! We will definitely return to this address for another stay.

The space is quite large, the place is beautiful where it is built and quiet with a beautiful view to drink your morning coffee or eat your breakfast.

We loved the Monastic setting for taking photos of Montepulciano and the Sant Biagio Chiesa and Tuscan landscape. It was very quiet and a beautiful tuscan green garden.

Beautiful view and outdoor areas. Easy walk but uphill to the city centre. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable.

Staying at Montorio in Montepulciano was a definite highlight to our trip through Tuscany. The view was unparalleled. The property was captivating. We had many glasses of wine and chacouterie sitting in the garden. A grocery store is just a couple minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Montorio was absolutely beautiful and charming, offering everything we sought for our honeymoon accommodations. Stefania was wonderful and responsive, assisting us twice by allowing an early check-in and providing luggage storage options when our check-out time didn't align with our departure. The rooms and grounds are stunning, perfectly capturing the relaxing Tuscan vibes we were looking for. We only wish we had arranged to stay longer.
