“Room for improvement”
The location is great! The host is responsive via text message. No problem in receiving the code for opening the door. Giving 7 because while the location and host were great, there were a few cleaning oversights that should be addressed.

It was very clean. Bed linens and towels were all clean and glaring. Great morning coffee. Bathroom was all clean. Very friendly staff. Reached them by whatsapp about the airconditioner ad the heater and they came to fix it.

Room size and style very good. Apartment was a few steps away from central Montepulciano. Remote access was very clear and easy and Leonardo was very quick to respond to any questions.
