I would put 11 points out of 10.. Incredibly comfortable apartment in a great location, surrounded by olives and picturesque landscapes. Very comfortable house with absolutely comfortable details - light, temperature, beautiful dishes, comfortable bed and of course incredible paintings by Micaela ❤️ In common , you can spend evening just looking at paintings and interior details) There is convenient parking place, perfect wifi, the house is very quiet and comfortable to sleep in. And there are cute cats 🫶 and puppies on the territory) cats can be petted if they are caught at night) The center of Montepulciano and the supermarket are only in 5 minutes by car. And it’s easily to walk there .. I really recommend this place , and we will return there , because I’m already missing) Rome isn’t so beautiful)😏 Thanks again to Alberto and Micaela, with best wishes, Anastasia.

The fully equipped apartment is located is very quiet neighbourhood about 15min walk outside the old town. It is situated in a beautiful garden and surrounded by a pristine olive grove from which you can start your walk towards the old town. We were warmly welcomed by Alberto, who gave us great tips and was readily available for any questions or advice. The apartment is very stylish and colourful, and fits in perfectly with the beautiful autumn colours, particularly those at sunrise and sunset. Alberto is a great host, and soon after we left, we already started missing the complimentary eggs he provided us each morning. Hope to make it back some day. Grazie Mille!

Everything😻😻😻 It was a rare case when you don’t want to leave the beautiful grounds of this house :) Everything here is absolutely wonderful — the hospitable hosts, the attention to every detail. The house, the garden, the olive grove, and the breathtaking views. There’s a barbecue area, plenty of spots to relax and unwind, and also the lovely residents: 3 dogs and 2 cats — especially Ryzhik, the ginger cat, who stole my heart 💔 Thank you, Alberto, and everyone who surrounds this lovely home with such care 🤍

Thanks to all involved people our stay in Mikipong was wonderful - charming Ms. Micaela, careful Erida, professional and friendly Alberto. They all created for us very good holiday mood. Nice place, nice and well equiped house, pictures, fresh eggs.

Wonderful place, charming people, if only owners would be able to overcome problems with permission to build swimming pool, the place might be considered as "top among the top".

10 min walking to the center, beautiful big green garden full of amazing flowers and trees. Nice vew of the green Tuscany hills.

“Sensational”

This is a remarkable property beside the Owners main house, in mature gardens. The Lady A (sorry difficult name!) that met me on arrival, and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The Owner texted me twice to see was all to my satisfaction. What an amazing and pretty place. Wonderfully colourful and was wall to wall stunning colourist art. Every little item one could required was there. The Lady A brought me four freshly laid eggs from their garden. I do not eat eggs but was shy to say so, they looked Snow White. It is in walking distance to Montepulciano. Just wonderful!!! It was a pleasant experience after a very disappointing stay at Palazzo Nobile San Donato. That were just dark and dingy flats.
