“Great location with warm and friendly hosts”
It’s in a great location, close to the sights, restaurants and shops. The rooms are very attractive and comfortable. Alberto and Victoria and Georgio are amazing hosts. Very warm and friendly. Alberto made us laugh every morning. A special place !

It is a wonderful series of rooms, carved out of an historic building close to the heart of Montepulciano. Free parking is arranged nearby, the bedrooms are made up daily and the prices are more than reasonable.

Roberto and Victoria were the best hosts we've had on all our travels. Roberto's passion for was he does is extraordinary. He genuinely loves people and will do just about anything to make your stay memorable. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit. Roberto the host was great, full of passion for his hotel and his city, he wants his guests to feel like family. The location is great with entry points to both sides of town. The room was very clean and nicely furnished with a seperate sitting area which I really appreciated. There was plenty of breakfast served including home made cakes which were delicious.
