“Tuscany adventure”
The hospitality of the hosts. Clear and responsive communication. The location was excellent and the parking a bonus. The apartment is spacious and perfect for self catering. It was very comfortable and well heated for those cool evenings. Great washing facilities, easy to walk into town. Great views.

“Perfect location. Perfect apartment. Perfect host”
The property is perfectly located in Montepulciano and an ideal place to stay for those looking for two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was steps to restaurants, overlooked a private garden for the sole use of the guests and had a secure car park right in the property (very rare). Davide, our host, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even booked restaurants for us. This is the perfect location so handy to everything southern Tuscany offers. We recommend the apartment as a 10 out of 10

“Very cozy and beautiful place.”
Part of the house with private courtyard is in the heart of Montepulciano. The apartment is heated. Close to the main square, nearby restaurants, bars, cafes. Amazing views of the Tuscan valleys. It is easy to reach the small Tuscan towns and the val d’Orcia by car. The beds are very comfortable, we slept better than at home :) Clean, tidy, cozy. Our dog really enjoyed the enclosed yard.

The apartment was stunning , so clean everything you needed, beautiful surrounding very quiet, wonderful garden , probably one of the best places we have stayed , would return , and highly recommend to friends , Davide and Raffelle so lovely , lots of good restaurants, amazing place to stay .

lovely apartment in an ideal, central location, with private gated parking right on the edge of ZTL. Great garden and wonderful views. Rafaella and Davide are truly super-hosts, and were very helpful throughout our stay, made us feel like family. hopefully we will be able to come back.
