The room that we stayed in had really thin walls and we could hear almost everything what was happening inside the room next door, especially in the evening . Even sneezing and couging ! It was impossible to fall asleep. Real dissapointment because of that.

Great location in the beautiful Montepulciano region. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room. We even got a huge balcony that had plenty of sunlight in the morning. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Really serene location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant for dinner at the hotel so we had taken picnic food and the staff were happy to provide glasses and cutlery. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was modern. Basic toiletries were provided. For the price we paid we were more than happy with the hotel.

Affordable price with good hidden location

Very afforable compared with others in the area. Nice location wiht nice view. Very clean. We took the cheapest room as arrived late in the evening and were only few hours of sleep. It was presented as room of 10 meters, but it was larger, confortable. In fact not understood why the rating of the hotel was so low considering from 8 days of vacation spent in Toscana area in the hotels with ration 8,5-9.5 and this one was the best maintained inthe room and common areas, nice furniture, very clean, enough hot in the room. Free parking in their backyard. Vending machine with water, juces.

Our visit was out season soo they had extra rooms,so they gave us a better and bigger room than we paid for without extra charge. Staff was polite, room was clean and nice.

“Dream location”

Dream location. We traveled in November and the scenery is dreamy at this time of year in Tuscany. The hotel is located on a hill, in a quiet area, quite easily accessible from the main road. The asphalt from the main road to the hotel should be redone, as it is a bit uneven. The hotel staff is friendly. The room we stayed in was large, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was equally spacious and neat, but there should be some additional amenities in the bathroom (a shelf where you put useful things in the bathroom). The breakfast was typical Italian, based on sweets, but for a short stay this aspect is not disturbing for us.
