The hotel cannot provide a proper invoice. When leaving the man at the reception told us they would send the invoice per mail, but it never arrived. They do not answer on mails, and on the phone the person says that they cannot make copies of already sent invoices ...

Very nice and clean room. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. As we arrived a bit late at the hotel it does have a night entrance as the hosts weren't around. But that wasn't a problem because they left us very clear instructions on how to get to the hotel, where the night entrance was and how to get the key. In the morning the hosts greeted us at the breakfast with big smiles and were very helpful. If you're riding through Italian small roads, hotel Marvin is a great place to stay. And there is a hidden gem restaurant just 2min away. Greatly recommend.

Good breakfast and parking

Breakfast featured bread, cheese, sausages, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cornflakes, and both hot and cold beverages. A selection of sweet pastries was also offered. The meal was both tasty and filling.

“Lovely comfortable small hotel near Montepulciano”

The hotel is easy to find just off the main road to Montepulciano. There is plenty of parking. The suite was very large and comfortable. The self check-in was easy. The continental breakfast was plentiful.

The staff were amazing. Everyone we interacted with were polite and made us felt really welcomed there. They sent us an after hour instruction for late afternoon arrival and it was easy and straightforward to follow. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food with freshly made coffee. We wished we had more than one night stay here. We'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend this place to everyone.

“Great location in Montipulciano”

Great location with Parking (bonus). Was a pool, but we didn't get to use it. Owners were lovely. Room was comfy. Easy walk to town.

The only positive thing was the parking and the breakfast.

Our stay at Hotel Marvin was great! The location is very good, easy to get around to different cities by a car. There were parking spaces with shade. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent! Room had a refrigerator. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Would definitely visit again if travelling in the area.

We stayed in May. The breakfast had an excellent selection of food, both sweet and savory. Private parking was available. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. It was a peaceful place with no noise. Our stay was wonderful.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. Secure parking was provided, which is a big advantage. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
