The staff were outstanding! We felt at home with Anna right away, she gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was wonderful and parking plentiful. We would definitely come back again except this time for longer. Thank you to all!

Quiet village location, helpful and accommodating staff, very good breakfast with barista coffee. Hotel had a lift and rooms were airy and bright. Parking not an issue in quiet and safe area.

“Not coming back”

Rooms are ok. Bed could be better. The host is not professional, they start with cleaning from 8am and are loud, our kids could not sleep because of it. We asked if we could do late check out (11am or later) we got rejected.

The room and hotel team were lovely , service good . One thing - the hotel is outside the city. If you travel - good stay for one night.

We spent only one night and this time was too short. The hotel in a great location allowing to explore Montepulciano and other towns in the Val d'Ocia, as well as the whole east-southern Tuscany. The staff was very friendly and professional. Many recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and wineries. Hotel is very comfortable, well maintained, room and bathroom very clean. Tasty breakfasts and easy parking. Recommended.
