Could not be a better location. Montepulciano is pretty much totally pedestrianised so being able to drop and collect bags at the top of the street was perfect! Host was excellent responding to questions within minutes.

The apartment is beautiful. It is Enrica's home and it feels like a home. Everything has been very sylishly designed with tremendous attention to detail. The views are of Tuscany and Montepulciano at their finest. Enrica went out of her way to help us with extra fans when needed. Beds are very comfortable. Access to the garden is a bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The opportunity to live like a local in a historical building but with modern furnishings. A very lovely apartment just right for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Very thoughtful electrical sockets beside every bed, multiple light switches throughout the apartment, skylights in the bathrooms and master bedroom, big windows in the apartment, well equipped kitchen. Well located, it’s one of the closest buildings from the entrance of the walled city from carpark 7 which is down the hill. Note that the master bathroom is a jacuzzi with a shower head, while the common bathroom has a shower stall. The twin beds are in an open area outside the master bedroom, which for our kids was fine. The apartment is located on the top floor with sloping ceilings in the bathrooms, but not too low. Enrica was very responsive - 2 lights were not working and she came to fix them the next day on Christmas Eve, which I appreciated. Gorgeous views from our bedroom window and the small terrace.

“A fabulous apartment in a great location in the old town of Montepulciano.”

This lovely apartment was furnished with beautiful antique furniture and had everything you needed for a great stay. We loved sitting out on the rear terrace with an aperitivo enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Enrica was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed and provided good recommendations for local restaurants and eateries. One of the best stays we have had in Italy.

The location is amazing. Perfect place to explore Montepulciano and a lovely environment to be in with gorgeous views, charming rooms and very comfortable beds. It's a beautiful apartment and it was a pleasure to stay there. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, central for exploring Montepulciano & walking the trails. Fabulous view from the terrace. Comfortable bed. Property has washing machine, iron, ironing board. Good shower. Would definitely return if visiting Montepulciano.

“An excellent second floor apartment with stunning views”

A wonderful apartment in an old building. The apartment was well equipped. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The views were exceptional being able to see for many miles. We met our hostess who was very nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants to tour around Tuscany. We were there at an extremely busy but very interesting time as it was the festival weekend. The parking would be a lot easier I’m sure at other times. It was up 2 flights of stairs with only a lift for luggage. In summary an excellent apartment on the top floor.

Fantastic, spacious apartment in the historical centre. Well furnished with everything you could need. The little terrace was the highlight with a fantastic view and a great place to eat breakfast and dinner. Enrica was a great hostess with lots of communication regarding our stay.

Amazing location! You can feel the spirit of old town. Apartment is stylish decorated with art books on the shelves. Enrica made everything for your comfy feeling in her house. In the kitchen you can find coffee, tea, spices, etc ,

Excellent location. Close to bus, wineries, restaurants and shopping. Incredible views, giant windows, light and bright, wonderful decor. By far my favorite place we have stayed on our Italy trip. Amazing combo of ancient and modern. There were 2 standing fans and that helped a lot. Great kitchen equipment. Lovely balcony
