“Great location, helpful host.”
This is a great apartment to stay for exploring Montepulciano and the host was very responsive and helpful; he gave us some great restaurant and wine experience recommendations. Having free parking in the restricted zone was a real bonus.

The manager met us at the property and took us to where we could park the car. He actually drove the car for us as the road was so narrow. He absolutely could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

“a great stay in a beautiful place”
The proprietor was kind and helpful. We had booked a standard room, and he offered us a choice of rooms, upgrading us at no cost to a large apartment overlooking the clock tower and the street with a beautiful garden at the rear. He escorted us to the parking and wheeled my wife's (heavy!) suitcase back to the guest house. He recommended a restaurant for dinner and booked it for us (Osteria del Borgo - very nice). The apartment was clean and warm and the bed was comfy.
