Situated in the old town centre of Montepulciano, just 100 metres from the main square of Piazza Grande, Garden House offers a junior suite and an apartment with a private garden and outdoor furniture. “My stay was very comfortable, quiet and relaxing.”
The property is located in a tree lined road with expansive views over the valley. It also has a wonderfully cafe next door The garden is also an asset in an otherwise very busy old town. Antonella was very helpful and even gave me a lift up the ( very steep) hill.

The accommodation was cozy and clean. The location wat perfect: within 5 minutes you are in the city centre. We were greeted very enthusiastically by the owner and communication was perfect.

“nice flat, in old city but close to parking with nice garden”
super location. very helpful host telling us where to park. super nice apartment with perfect location. Very recommended to anybody, we stayd only one night but wish we stayed longer. the WIFI wasn't working for technical reasons but the host was immediately there to solve it and after short time she managed solving the problem. Very good! the garden is nice, we explored but it was too cold in winter to enjoy it

“Convenient cosy good value accommodation”
Great location for montepulciano…. Bit tricky with sat nav directions however … perhaps use road map !! Very cosy and comfortable place ! Free parking in lower level car park
