Amazing view - the terrace is so peaceful with a panoramic view of the rolling hills and the town of Montepulciano which is so amazing Close to many surrounding towns Friendly staff - Tiziana is so welcoming and kind and the cleaning lady was also friendly and and did an excellent Job Cleanliness - the facility is well designed and spotless. We also thought the rooms were sound proof very well and spacious. True agritourismo experience Picnic available at the very reputable Cugusi cheese farm - I think this is a must-do experience. Many people (outside of the B&B) come to the facility for this and to buy their cheese HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

“Stunning BnB with homemade Pecorino - hidden lovely paradise”

Lovely little BnB with 5 rooms. This Agriturismo produces fresh Pecorino which is served for breakfast, sheeps are enjoying their time just across the BnB on the farmland and the Pecorino can be also bought in the shop. The cheese is breathtaking and a lot of locals come to buy the cheese. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh and homemade varieties. Everything has been renovated both keeping traditional Charme and introducing modern flair. The big terrace can be used for breakfast and has a stunning view to Montepulciano. The BnB is perfectly located to discover Montepulciano, Pienza or Montalcino. The host is absolutely lovely.

An exceptional stay in every sense. The property is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, with stunning views over Montepulciano. The breakfast was delicious, with great attention to detail. A special thanks to the very kind host, Tiziana, for her warm hospitality. The experience is elevated by the charming picnic area, where you can create your own unique picnic from a basket filled with excellent cheeses from their own dairy. Truly memorable.

The location was outstanding. Host was warm, welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Gina, the cat, was the cutest surprise.

We had such a lovely stay at Cugusi BnB. The place is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the people were so kind and welcoming. It felt really special, we’d love to come back one day!

Everything was perfect! The appartment was very cosy and elegantly furnished and decorated. Great terrace with views to Montepulciano and surroundings. Breakfast was exellent and nicely varying every morning. Hostes Tiziana was so friendly with great attitude 😀. She gave us lots of valuable information . The shop with exellent pecorino etc was a bonus.

Cugusi B and B is without doubt, one of my favourite places to stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it was so enjoyable to eat the delicious breakfast on the terrace and enjoy those magnificent, majestic views. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Tiziana, our host, was delightful and so welcoming. It is a very special place that I’ll never forget.

The villa is perfectly located (as long as you have a car) The views over the valley and Montepulciano were amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everything was clean, modern yet stylish.

Amazing views, the lady that owned the place is so lovely and makes wonderful breakfast. Was also easy to drive to Pienza and Montepulciano.

“Perfect stay just outside Montepulciano”

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and had direct access to the terrace with our own private area. The communal terrace is also perfect for breakfast or to relax in the afternoon. We bought some wine and cheese from the store next door which was lovely. It is a short drive out of Montepulciano and has plenty of parking.

Tiziana was wonderful and very welcoming. She was extremely helpful with advice to get around the nearby towns. Our view from our room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent coffee. One afternoon we purchased some delicious cheese, prosciutto and bread from the little shop downstairs and had lunch on our balcony with a beautiful view of Montepulciano. Love it!!!

“Perfection does exist - an outstanding place”

Everything! Charming Villa with it's own sheep-cheese farm! The location is sensational - embedded in the beautiful Valdichiana with wonderful views of the surrounding landscape with it's marquee vinyards and Montepulciano, a picturesque town on a hill. The room itself was huge, tastefully done and cozy with a big terraze. The breakfast was outstanding, everyday freshly prepared. Overall almost too beautiful to be real, but this place actually does exist. I would give it 11 points if I could, it was that good.
