Good location and property as decribed. Not really much outdoor space but just enough to sit outside. The ginger cat is friendly. Free parking is nearby but you need to go up a steep gravel path from there. You can unload a passenger and baggage at the town gate before going back down to park. It is 1 minute walk from the gate.

“Magical”

The house is magical, you will stay in a real Montepulciano neighborhood, sorrounded by people living their every day life. You can park in a free parking with plenty of spaces (in April) and walk up hill 10 minutes to the house. Don’t worry about lugagge, besides the house is in ZTL zone, it’s 100 metres from its beginning so you can unload your lugagge at the “entrance” and then go down and park. You will have everything you need to cook (if you plan to) and a laundry machine. Stefano, the owner, was very helpful and available by message. Hope I can travel again to the Toscana so I can stay here one more time.

Very clever reimagination of a small historic house- retro-fitting is always difficult: this one has been done very well. Excellent kitchen, heating good, shower a little cramped but fully functional Door code for entry instead of keys- this works really well, happy not to have responsibility for keys. The house is owner managed- as such, visitor registration was made very easy compared to properties which are managed by agencies wanting visitors to log in to some obscure web site and enter all their details… This is at the top end of town, so a bit of a walk from the bus station… but for those with a car, this location would be a big plus.

“Good place to stay in Toscana”

The location is really good so you can go walking to the center. The bedroom is upstairs so it’s good that it’s separated from the kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine that you can use which is very much appreciated if you are traveling and need to wash your clothes.

The apartment is located in the centre but is extremely quiet. Everything important in the town is within easy reach. The hospitality provided by the hosts is outstanding.

The location is great, easily walkable once in town or accessible by car with a parking place close by. The house was beautiful, with all the facilities listed in working order, and very clean.

The apartment is as per description. It's lovely and it's central! The host is great! What more can one ask for! A superb stay, well recommended for couples. Literally whichever way you choose to walk away from the apartment, you will find yourself at a Montepulciano gem to admire and have a great time at.

Nice little cottage, comfy bed, large kitchen area, small bathroom. Very steep climb from car park and again to get into town but that was inevitable when you see how high up Montepulciano is.

Great location and easy to find. The space is very clean. Having access to the washing machine was super since we travel light. It was a warm enough day to hang the clothes out to dry. The host was very responsive to questions and provided recommendations for cafes and restaurants that were on point.
