Breakfast was fine. The location was good, as long as you don’t mind walking uphill to reach the town. I imagine we would have enjoyed the stay more in the summer. Parking facilities were excellent.

“Great choice for Montepulciano”

Excellent accommodation. We booked three rooms, all very comfortable, with excellent showers. As a hostel-style accommodation, it offers a restaurant, swimming pool, and other facilities, which is very convenient. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very kind and professional. Breakfast included was outstanding. On-site parking is available.

Customer service, Close vicinity to motepulciano, heated indoor pool

The hotel is located close to a bus stop, and it was easy for me to get here from Florence by train and bus (from Chiusi). I was given a room on the first floor, spacious enough and with a balcony. The view of the historic Montepulciano skyline directly from the room is amazing. It was also charming that Virginia creeper grows along the balcony railing and, during my stay in November, it was already ripe. The staff are kind, attentive, and friendly. There is also a wellness center inside the building, and the hotel offers the possibility to book a massage. Breakfast takes place in a hall flooded with sunlight. Among other things, you can choose from a variety of cakes and sweet pastries, several kinds of jams, a croissant, and small pancakes. The hotel is perfectly located if you plan a hiking trip to Monticchiello. The northern route, especially in autumn, is enchanting and offers the full palette of Tuscan colors. Another hiking option leads toward Montefollonico. And of course, you can easily walk to the historic center of Montepulciano. The only minor downside was that in the common areas there was occasionally a smell of chlorine from the wellness center. However, the air in the room was clean and fresh.

The staff was quite friendly. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is close to Montepulciano.

Location, the place was nice, clean and cosy. Staff was very nice especially man at the bar and the cleaning lady. The price was good. At the end of the day, swimming pool was a bless. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice.

A very comfortable & friendly hotel with a great restaurant. It is a hike up to the town, and if you drive, it can be hard to find a parking space, but the hotel is a comfortable and quiet to return to.
