Their warmth really made the stay feel personal and comfortable. 🏡 Accommodation The villa itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and had a cozy, homely feel. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, which is a big plus for longer stays. 🍯 Farm Experience One of the highlights was that the property produces its own olive oil and marmalade — a lovely authentic touch that adds to the agriturismo experience. 🌄 Views & Atmosphere The views are simply breathtaking. Honestly, this is the standout feature of the villa. Waking up to those rolling Tuscan hills is something special. I highly recommend having breakfast outside — it’s an experience in itself. 📍 Location & Convenience The location is perfect if you have a car. A Conad supermarket is just a short 6–8 minute drive away and has everything you might need. It’s also an ideal base to explore nearby gems like Pienza and Val d’Orcia. 🚗 Getting Around Renting a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings and the scenic beauty of the region. 💬 Final Verdict We can’t stress this enough — the views from Villa Mazzi are absolutely stunning and make the stay truly memorable. A perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and natural beauty. Highly recommended!

“Beautiful views, kind hos,t, big clean space”

A big, comfortable and very clean apartment. The kitchen includes coffee, salt, sugar, oil, everything you need to cook (well we only did breakfast TBH). We came late December and it was warm inside when we arrived, the heater is perfect. Comfy bed. Good wifi. Our apt has no views which was unfortunate, because the views from the shared patio were beautiful, but an effort in this time of the year. Location: it's 6 min from Montepulciano so not a lot of effort. The host was really kind and helped us with a minor issue we did. Thanks !

Villa Mazzi is perfectly situated to explore the Tuscan region. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed (even some coffee), and the bathroom was well equipped (the hand soap smelled fantastic), and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The room does not have A/C and this was a concern when we booked the room but, even though the days were 20+ the room was cool in the evenings and at night...you gotta love European architecture. The view over the valley and of Montepulciano (5 mins away) was just spectacular. Good luck finding anything this great if you don't book Villa Mazzi.

“Perfect Agriturismo!”

This was our favourite stay across our whole Italian holiday! The views are spectacular and there was ample outdoor seating so we ate almost every meal overlooking Montepulciano. Our room was beautifully furnished and the hosts were delightful! Such a tranquil place. Highly recommend Villa Mazzi!

“Authentic Tuscan stay with breathtaking views of Montepulciano”

We recently stayed at this accommodation near Montepulciano and had a wonderful experience. The hostess was warm and welcoming. The entire property feels like something out of a movie, and the apartment itself was authentically Italian with a modern touch. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the morning view of Montepulciano while enjoying a coffee from the Bialetti was simply breathtaking. At the reception you can even purchase their own homemade olive oil. We are already looking forward to our next stay there and in the beautiful surroundings.

Extremely friendly and flexible host with such a beautiful environment! I appreciate everything Loredana did for us. Self-cooking and dining outdoors at the facility garden overlooking Montepulciano from afar was something I would remember for life! It is almost like in a fiction book ... perhaps for a city dweller

The staff Loredana and her daughter Martina were so welcoming . Helped with good recommendations of place to eat. Gave us a tour of the property and made sure everything was what we expected . We purchased some local wine from there shop which was excellent . The location was unbeilable stunning views of Montepulciano from ther very beautiful gardens .

The view of Montepulciano is amazing and is the first thing you see when waking up and enjoy your coffee in the garden. Montepulciano is only 10 minutes by car. The apartments are beautifully decorated and our host is a lovely Italian lady and English speaking. we loved staying here for a whole week!

We thoroughly enjoyed the views of Montepulciano from the property with some cheese and wine. They also sell amazing home made preserves and olive oil from the property.

An amazing place in the heart of Tuscany and Valle d Orcia. We had a great spacious apartment with everything we needed for our one week stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating.
