A truly unique and unforgettable experience! This eco-friendly hotel is unlike any other place we’ve stayed. Everything is thoughtfully designed with great respect for nature, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Karen, the owner, was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel at home. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. The natural swimming pool was simply incredible! Swimming in water without chemicals was a unique experience and one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing, sustainable getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place. We would definitely love to come back!

“The attention to detail and care is incredible”

We had such a wonderful stay at Fattoria San Martino. You can feel the attention to detail and care that all the staff put into the space, food and general experience! It’s beautiful, the sun hits the pool for so many hours, the breakfast view and the windows in the dinner space were idilic! Great to experience some plant based Italian cuisine, it was delicious. It’s also a great place to walk to Montepulciano, as it’s a beautiful walk and only takes 16 minutes. Then we could try some local wines in town and walk back. It’s always a bonus not to have to find parking in these towns. Highly recommend this stay!

Great venue, beautiful garden, breathtaking view, quiet et peaceful. Plant-based dinner was delicate and subtle, breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Local products only. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming, Karin the owner is a lovely lady.

The location was ideal for a visit to Montelpuciano. A beautiful property set in tranquil countryside, with a lovely host and staff. The food was delicious and attention to detail perfect.

Very nice people and very helpful, exceptional. The views are stunning in all direction's, especially from the restaurant. We were aware it was a Vegan restaurant, but from the one meal we had, highly impressed and was delicious.

The staff, Karin, room 3, the bed ever so comfy, the peace and quietness were all fantastic. The room size was perfect, and we were able to park the car safely and secure in the ample grounds.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fabulous gardens. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the design of the rooms and spaces. Amazing views of the town and valley. Staff were lovely and friendly. The dinner was fabulous. We also loved the dog ‘Cosetta’, hope spelt that right.

Everything! Our room was stunning, with the most amazing views. The surroundings were so peaceful and tranquil. The artistic decor (all by Karin, the owner) was so original and inspiring. Such a beautiful property, lovingly restored, really hope to visit again.

Beautiful location and lovely rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Karin made a point of meeting all her guests . Breakfasts were great with homemade products and the vegan tasting menu in the evening was delicious.

Fattoria San Martino is incredibly welcoming. We were warmly received, and the place is beautiful and well-maintained—a true oasis of peace and comfort. It was wonderful staying here with our two dogs, who were lovingly welcomed everywhere. The plant-based meals are top quality, lovingly prepared with local products. We really enjoey our stay.
