The place, the location, rooms, dinner and breakfast are fantastic. The owner is very nice and helpful. There is a free shuttle.

Location and restaurant

The owner is delightful and did everything to make our stay perfect, including giving us a packed breakfast for our early departure on our last morning. The shuttle service up to Montepulciano was fantastic and the dinners and breakfasts were good too. The pool was perfect. We loved our apartment and glad we were there as it is further from the road and quieter than the main building.

The best out of the best! From the staff to the comfort of people around, i would definitely come back again. Kudos to andrea and his family members, they were very accommodating and helpful. Super kind people! The best part, they have free laundary service including dryers. So for people like us who travel for more than a week, that is a life saver.

“Incredible Vistas, Incredible Hosts”

The family who owns the agriturismo was so incredible and welcoming. The vistas are so stunning and the entire property feels tucked away but still close to all the small surrounding towns. The owner also recommended us two incredible experiences- a wine tasting and cheese tasting which were absolute highlights. Relaxing at the property and watching the sun set over the hill of Montepulciano was a memory that we’ll never forget

Very friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and always cleaned very well. The location is excellent for visiting the city and the surrounding countryside. The shuttle service in and out of the city is such a great service and a huge value add!

We had a lovely short stay at this agriturismo. The location is beautiful, and the estate itself is charming, with an authentic, old-style atmosphere - full of character, calm and rustic elegance. It feels genuine and peaceful, exactly what one hopes for in countryside. A special mention goes to Andrea, who was extremely professional, kind welcoming and attentive. His warm attitude truly enhanced our experience.

Alberto and his family are great host, they are very accommodating and the little cottage was very comfortable. We slept very well 😊 The restaurant is great they have a very extensive menu that caters for everyone ❤️

Beautiful property, rooms, bathroom, warm and cozy bedding. Our host Andrea has been so kind to us, nothing is a bother. You can tell he has a deep love of the area as he is very happy to share his knowledge of Montepulciano and the surrounding places. They offer an on demand shuttle to and from the historic centre which is very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant on both nights and it proved to be a real treat, if you come to stay you must eat here too. Breakfast as expected was great (best in Italy).

“Tuscan perfection!”

What an amazing authentic place! Just a stone's throw from the stunning Montepulciano town yet an oasis of calm and beauty to rest your soul and bones. Ideal starting point for Tuscan roadtrips, too - plenty of worry free parking! This is a family business ran with a lot of care, pride and passion, and it shows! Lovely breakfast, and at their onsite restaurant was the best dinner we had in Italy all week! The only regret we have is not staying here longer. We are coming back as soon as we can! Thank you!

“Is this a dream?”

Andrea and all the people who worked at Agriturismo Nobile made it such an amazing experience for us. The view of Montelpuciano from our room was stunning. The breakfast was excellent value & we dined at the on-site restaurant for dinner two times. We also took advantage of the free shuttle to Montelpuciano to visit without dealing with parking our car. The location was very well situated to explore the surrounding area (which is stunning). I highly recommend staying here.

It was situated at the base of montepulciano, offering spectacular views of the town and surrounding areas. Andrea and Alberto were simply fantastic hosts, and their free transfer service up and back from Montepulciano was so helpful. The breakfast was also particularly tasty.

Everything. Great for families, the farm's own products are wonderful and the restaurant is lovely as well. Free shuttle to montepulciano, beautiful views over the farm's wine fields.
