“Best stay ever in Toscana”

The host Gianni is very friendly, he helped us with useful tips and even was keen to book us a reservation for dinner at a local restaurant. There is no breakfast included, although they prepared a basket full of good snacks for a full breakfast on the new morning. The best part is that they make their own wine and gave us one bottle as a present, which was amazing! The accommodation is very new, clean and comfortable. The view from the property is astonishing. The location is also perfect, 3min drive from Montepulciano. 100% recommend!

“Relaxation”

Fantastic property, the place is filled with so much love and care from the owners. It is perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset in nature. You fill secluded in your own paradise yet it is only 5 minute drive into montepulciano and location is great for a home base in Tuscany.

Gianni, Maria were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay felt well thought out, making it easy for us to relax and fully enjoy our time. The location was also ideal, and all the facilities were excellent. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. We would gladly give this hotel a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless stay. We will definitely be coming back!

“A bucolic paradise”

Agriturismo I Roseti is in a very beautiful location with marvelous vistas of rolling farmland on the road just outside the parking area. We took long, romantic walks at sunrise and sunset. By car, the town of Montepulciano is 5-6 minutes away. Pienza and Monticchello are both about 17 minutes away depending on your route. The apartment itself is fairly new of modern, high-quality materials but made to look rustic. There are huge double glass doors with mosquito screens in the livingroom and bedroom that let in lots of fresh air and sunlight. There are large persimmon trees right outside. It's quiet at night with virtually no traffic on the small farm road that leads to Montepulciano. The only noise is the occasional dog barking or rooster crowing. The owner, John, speaks passable but not great English. He was very patient. The kitchen came stocked with some sweet breakfast rolls and espresso pods. John said we could ask for more pods if necessary. A washing machine is available in a small, rather cramped bathroom in the same building, and detergent is provided. There's a €10 to use the washer, but I'm not sure how many loads you can do for that fee. We did three loads. Lastly, there is plenty of parking in a secure, gated area. While, in my opinion, Agriturismo I Roseti lacks in superlatives, it is a very nice place to stay. - Very adequate and comfortable.

“Absolute must stay in Montepulciano”

Everything!!! We arrived earlier than expected and Gianni was happy to accommodate this. He gave us a quick introduction and walk around of the property, and recommended the best spot to enjoy the sunset over the valleys. Gifted us with a bottle of his own wine made from the Sangiovese grapes grown on site and let us settle in. The property is set a short drive from old Montepulciano among rolling hills of vineyards and orchards. Our accommodation was by far the most beautiful we visited during our time so far in Italy. It is completely self contained with kitchen and equipped with all you will need to cook up a storm. We were delighted to meet Gianni’s wife Maria and their fur family while having a wine at sunset. They shared their insights of the local area, wine knowledge of other areas we had visited and we were planning to visit ahead. It was nice watching their dachshunds and cats enjoy playing together. Thank you Gianni and Maria. You are such beautiful souls. Your kindness and generosity we will cherish forever.
