“Was overall an okay visit”

The staff was very nice, especially the man tending the bar downstairs. The dinner was amazing! Very curious staff and the food was lovely. Breakfast was also good. Very clean facility as well.

“Relaxing experience”

We stayed at this hotel for two days and one night, and as soon as we arrived, we were immediately struck by the beautiful natural surroundings, truly enchanting. The reception area and lounge are elegant and well-maintained, bright, and thoughtfully decorated. There are several comfortable chairs where guests can relax while reading a book or newspaper. A bar is also available for drinks or light snacks. Additionally, for those who prefer not to dine at the main restaurant, there’s a bistro service offering a variety of dishes. We personally tried a large salad, it was generous in portion and absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. They answered all our questions about the thermal water, the aquifer, and the impressive 40-meter pool in great detail (you can actually visit the pool area for free at certain times, and there’s an underwater tunnel that runs through it). They were also very accommodating and fulfilled all our requests with care and professionalism. To reach the rooms, guests can take a glass elevator that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. We stayed in a basic room that was cozy and welcoming, spacious, warm, and comfortable. The bathroom was large, with plenty of useful counter space. The room was bright, thanks to a glass wall leading to the terrace, from which we could admire a pool surrounded by greenery, a thermal waterfall connected to a Kneipp path, and even a giant outdoor chessboard. The warmer thermal pool is located on the lower level (-1) and extends both indoors and outdoors, where there’s also a grotto with hydromassage jets. Several other hydromassage stations are placed around the pool’s perimeter. The relaxation area is beautifully designed, featuring comfortable lounge chairs and various saunas (two Finnish saunas, one with reclining seats, a Turkish bath, a thermal shower with two jet modes, an emotional shower path, and several spaces dedicated to mud treatments and massages).

“Very good - will want to stay again”

- first, if you are freediving - it's the y-40 hotel. there's also time for guest to chill at the pool (in certain days), which we liked very much. I had the option to have a diving session while my wife and little boy swimming next to us. - staff is nice everywhere - the pools are nice - they had a movie night at the pool which we found to be original - there's a really nice trees and flowers everywhere, I thing they have a potential to have a walking path in the woods which will make it a great attraction as well. - there's a renting cycling store right outside

Beautiful peaceful location. Loved the spa. Food was great with good healthy selection for breakfast and dinner. Nice room, only downside was we could only get bbc news in English on the tv.

The proximity to the Y40 deep joy centre. The lobby and bar for aperativo was great. Access to the spa facilities was included and very enjoyable.

The room was spacious and very nice. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, clean, and with plenty of towels and amenities. Breakfast the next morning was very good as well. It was a lovely stay overall and I would recommend it, especially if you're diving at Y-40.

Breakfast was yummy, would have been nice to have refill on some prodacts like fruit. The thermals pools were amazing and the walking distance to the Y-40 pool - superb!!!

The staff and hotel were exceptionally friendly, helpful, flexible, accommodating and cheerful in everything they did.

My room was spacious and clean, and looked quite nice. It even had a balcony, which I hadn’t realized beforehand. Breakfast was also pretty good, and at reasonable hours as well. The location next to the Y-40 was perfect for me, too. Finally, the staff was generally very friendly, only a single person was a bit rude.
