Fantastic value, great views if you get an upper floor room, excellent breakfast... but most of all, awesome thermal pools. Extraordinarily relaxing and pleasant. I will definitely return! Bonus: laaaarge, mostly shaded car-park

Lovely hotel, the best I have seen in the region, attentive and well educated staff, especially the receptionists (Enida is the best) and the service in the restaurant, excellent breakfasts and dinners, clean and quiet, a real resort hotel in the good old spirit!

The hotel provides all service if you want to stay in the hotel and enjoy the terme. For an additional price you can offer dinner/lunch - all is good with various types of antipasti. The room is in an old style, but all is clean. Terme swimming pools are perfect.

All the people working in the hotel are extremely kind and professional. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxing and all the services of the highest standard. Great food, both at breakfast and dinner.

Great value for money, ample parking, most of it with shade and lovely pools, open until 10 PM. Mind you, it's an old school 4 star hotel, so there is a mandatory dress code for dinner. The breakfast is fabulous.

Staff is efficient and professional, leaving me a feeling that i was at home. All of them - reception, restaurant, cleaning - they work as a good team. The structure (pools) is perfect and openes at 8am. Everywhere is clean. I also liked the room size and that it has a balcony. Will definitely return.

“Great spa hotel”
The hotel is beautiful with great atmosphere and style, the lobby is amazing with beautiful chandeliers, very welcoming and friendly staff. Free parking, available wellness, pools, with spa procedures. Sustainable hotel, with large breakfast room, big room with newly decorated bathroom with free toiletries, air conditioning in all premises, big restaurant in the ground floor. Garden surrounding the hotel is magnificent with cicadas.

“Perfect location for a proper relaxation.”
The hotel has a bit of "retro" fashion, but it is perfectly maintained. The room and the entire hotel are very clean and tidy. Staff friendliness was amazing. The swimming pools are wonderful and they are a great asset. The whole place is quiet and just perfect for a proper relaxation!
