“Surprising nice hotel!”

Very nice Spa Hotel in the region of the Colli Euganei. Very good 4* standard, pool open until 23:30. We could reach plenty of our aims like golf, wine producers and restaurants within 10 km.

The spa and Mioni Luxury was AMAZING!! Also the staff at both the spa and the hotel were very kind and went above and beyond.

“Never again in this hotel”

Unpleasant experience: early disturbance, false accusation, and poor communication Review: We stayed for one night. Check-out was stated as 10:00, but in the morning someone knocked on our door several times, speaking only Italian. I replied in English, explaining that we would leave in about 10 minutes (still one hour before check-out time). Even though the full amount — including the tourist tax — was paid in advance, Mr. Stefano said there was an additional “city tax” to be paid, without giving a clear explanation. While my husband was taking the luggage to the car, Stefano mentioned that there might be an issue with our suitcases and that we might have taken something from the room (like a towel). I then called my husband to come back so we could clarify the situation immediately. We opened our suitcases in front of the staff — of course, there was nothing belonging to the hotel. The manager was extremely rude, refused to explain anything, just kept saying “these are our rules,” and even threatened to call the police. We agreed to wait for the police, but she never called them once she saw that nothing was missing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Knocking before check-out time, lack of clear bilingual communication about charges, and false accusations towards guests are not professional. I hope management reviews how staff handle such situations.

“A great place to stay for work or leisure!”

Lovely looking hotel in a good location, opposite a great restaurant and the train station. Comfort room was very nice, luckily got the front middle facing room! Large car park with lots of spaces. Spa was included due to time of year, which was small but very quiet & peaceful. Great poolside bar/restaurant. Hotel & rooms very clean, and staff very helpful.

“Not ideal, but nice and good value for money”

The room was clean and big enough, with a small balcony. SPA was lovely, with hot rooms, a steam room and a great swimming pool. We also loved a bistro, the food and wine were excellent, and Karlo was a great help. Despite some unusual aspects, our overall impression is that it's a nice hotel.

“Gorgeous hotel with relaxing thermal pools”

I loved the pools, the jacuzzi and the great breakfast! I chose the hotel because it is very close to the station so it is super convenient.

Amazing location: the high speed trains stop just outside of the hotel. It's 45 minutes to Venice and 15 minutes to Padova. The hotel has great amenities, especially the thermal pools and the spa. Even during peak tourist season (mid-July, although we were here on work week days) the hotel was not overcrowded and had a calm atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here, it was an amazing experience at an unbeatable price.

“Superb hotel with great staff”

Friendly staff, spacious comfortable room, great breakfast, good dinner, (excellent house wine) very pleasant lunch at poolside bistro. The spa staff (providing towels) were particularly pleasant. The location close to the station was very useful for us. Also had a very interesting chat with hotel manager.

Warm pools -34C water temp. Welcoming staff We had the half board, the food was just amazing every single day a different set of starter, first course, second course desert as well as a welcome buffet often full of seafood: prawns, octopus, fish and variety of veg.

Breakfast is very good and there is provided parking place if you come with a car.

“Not worth it at all...”

The pool was nice and warm, it's always nice to be outdoors in thermal waters. The dinner at the restaurant was really good 😊 The maitre was also very pleasant.
