Breakfast was very good with variety and lovely to try local food. Staff always very friendly and helpful. We were given a free room upgrade which was amazing and we had stunning views. Staff were very helpful both leading up to our visit and during our stay and accomdated us to take us back to the airport with the free shuttle bus.

“Ok hotel for a day or two but not for longer”

Even though they were damaged by the hurricane the staff did their best to accommodate us. I can see that in normal conditions it is a nice hotel with a beautiful view of Montego Bay.

It was just a bad experience. They promised a shuttle, I called from the airport, the frontdesk woman was just so full of attitude. In the end, after 3 calls to the hotel after standing for a while after 9hr flight, I gave up and got a taxi to the hotel. I was given a room where the windows looked out into section of the restaurant as it adjoined the hotel kitchen. There were no windows to outside and no fresh air. Then the safe battery failed with my passport and money inside. Took over an hour to get that resolved. The bellman had to come to switch the tv on and to change the channels. Breakfast was one person recording room numbers and serving the buffet at her own sweet pace. No fruits in sight. I must say that the bellmen are the saving grace of that place. They were so helpful. Couldn't wait to escape in the morning. Luckily, I had only booked the one night.

Property location is really good if you’re going into town often for business also only guests are allowed on compound which gives a sense of safety . Property is clean and tidy at all times.

I woke up late so I wasn't able to catch breakfast but my overall stay was good. Its a nice clean place to stay. However, I believe that there is a lot more potential for this place. But I was pleased and I am very picky.

The view from the restaurant is amazing Breakfast was nice. Dinner option apart from Oxtail was good. Cocktail drinks were nice. Close to local town. Staff happily changed room on request.
