“Everything was absolutely fantastic”

This was the best night and dinner we've had in our entire one-week Tuscany trip. The place is fantastic, both the outside and the inside are the result of sooo much attention to detail, the hosts are amazingly friendly and warm and welcoming, the home-made Tuscan dinner was akin to a fantastic restaurant (but even better because Laura is an amazing cook) and very good value... The breakfast was also amazing, with some homemade goodies too! We all slept like babies thanks to great beds, comfortable rooms, and the absolute quiet of the place (the only thing you hear are happy birds outside 🤗). I don't often recommend places, but this house stay is the best I've been to in years!!

Il Podere Bellavista exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was a delight of freshly baked breads and pastries, eggs to order, yoghurt and fruit, served by very attentive hosts, Giuseppe and Laura.

Hosts Laura and Giuseppe are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was all you could expect and more - just ask and they will try their best to satisfy you. The room was spotless and very well appointed with first class furnishings and fittings. The house is beautiful and is in a spectacular location, with views over Motecatini VdC and Volterra. There are many world class attractions nearby, but their garden offers a beautiful repose from the hurly burly of a sight-seeing trip. Laura is an accomplished cook and on request (24 hrs notice) will provide an exceptional meal using traditinal Tuscan fare and techniques. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

One of the most perfect places we've ever stayed in Italy. The house interior is beautifully designed and reflects the impeccable taste of the host. Laura and Giuseppe are simply the best – they make every wish come true and then go beyond! The breakfast is wonderful, and if you’re lucky enough to ask Laura to prepare dinner, you’ll discover what the best dinner ever truly means!

“Excellent hospitality and best stay”

We had excellent stay at Podere BellaVista .The room is clean , bed is comfortable . Guiseppe and Laura , the owners , are very nice people . They kindly provided everything we needed , Laura bakes delicious cakes for breakfast . The hotel ‘s location is one of the best , overlooking to Toscana Valley .. We would definitely come back again .

We have spent six nights at Cassa Bella Vista. Meeting with the owners Laura and Giuseppe was a great and very pleasant experience. + Very pleasant welcome. + Beautiful and quiet location with an astonishing view of the surroundings and Voltera. A carefully maintained garden with an olive grove behind the house. The house with the garden has a beautiful atmosphere, which everybody seeking true relaxing experience will greatly appreciate. + Living in a very graceful and elegantly furnished house. The room overlooking the garden was perfectly clean and cleaned very thoroughly every day, nothing was missing at all. + Breakfast from Mrs.Laura was excellent every day. Served on the terrace with a view of the surroundings. A selection of home-made jams, cakes, fresh omeletes, amazingly fragrant croissants. Excellent coffee served by the owner Giuseppe with recommendations and tips for trips were always a wonderful start of the day, which we will remember very fondly. + The owners are very accommodating, warmhearted and discreet. “An Italian dream”

We stayed 3 nights at the lovely Il Podere Bellavista. It is an Italian dream location with an amazing view. Laura and Guiseppe are the textbook example of perfect hosts. Always ready to help and very welcoming. We had the privilege to have dinner for two nights. Hands down , it was the best two dinners we had during our Italy trip. Laura's passion, dedication and love for cooking, can be felt with each bite! Next to that Guiseppe made sure that the serving of the plates and drinks were on point. We felt really spoiled during our private dinner ❤️. There are only 2 rooms which can be booked at IL Podere Bellavista. if you are only with group of 4 person, it nice to have this hidden gem ' for yourselves'. Everything is so ver quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed the peace and the warm hospitality of this place. If we ever go back again to Tuscany, we will definitely return to this amazing place. Warm regards, the family of Belgium

We had an absolutely brilliant time staying here. Laura and Beppe were brilliant hosts, they made such a great atmosphere and it was lovely chatting with them and the other guests in the evenings, the dinners we stayed for were some of the best we've had, the view across the plains to Volterra and beyond is stunning, and it's a great base to visit lots of Tuscany, including a nice little country walk to the nearby hilltop town Montecatini (which is lovely).
