Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was good near the centre of the town The hotel was very clean and our room was lovely. We had breakfast on two days. The lovely ladies on both mornings were so friendly. The choice was very good and freshly prepared. I also saw that the hotel is very positive towards cyclists eg dedicated cycle storage and cleaning area.

“Montecatini Terme”

We were after a location that is close enough to visit Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. Montecatini Terme has surely served the purpose. Credit goes to Carlo and Barbara who are ever so nice and accommodating. They surely added value to our stay!

Personal welcome. Stylish room. Large En-suite. Very friendly breakfast staff. Great breakfast menu. Perfect location to walk in under 10min to funicular or town centre, or Terme or car park. Handy storage room for luggage or bikes.

This is my third time in SmArt Hotel Bartolini, and I will be back for sure. I love to go back to the wonderfull Montecatini Terme and each time I visit this lovely place I stay in this hotel. I can only repeat myself but I keep repeating it with pleasure. This is the third time in the same room, which is allways clean and tidy. My window opens to Via Felice Cavallotti where a lot of nice hotels are located. Yes it is a little bit loud but the window is soundproof, so you can close the noise out. On the other hand you can sit in front of the hotel in the chairs, talk to other guests of the hotel or anyone on the street. It is Italy after all. :) Piazza del Popolo - the main square - is like 5 minutes away. Tons of cheaper and more exclusive restaurants are in walking distance. Carlo will help you to pick the best for your needs. Train station, grocery store, pharmacy, etc whatever you need is there. Perfect place to visit Firenze, Bologna, Lucca, Pisa, Siena mentioning only the larger towns. If you like hiking and biking, there are a lot of trails you can find in this area. Absolutely recommended!

Great and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, very clean and confortable rooms, beautifully decorated, the view from the window was amazing, definitely a must-stay place if you want to get a real Tuscan experience.

The place was great, very clean and so friendly, starting with Carlo, always happy to help us and the same with Irina, also Barbara for breakfast (hopefully I remember right). The room was nice and spacious, comfy bed, large bathroom and plenty of products, water temperature was great all time. Breakfast choices were different and always served with a smile . Location is a nice area and very central, you can park the just 4/5 minutes walking from there.

Nicely situated. Very comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast. Barbara was brilliant. We enjoyed the free still and sparkling water ontap.

The hotel is ideally situated for the centre of town and the railway station. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large, good air conditioning, very well cleaned each day. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. We have stayed before and would stay again.

Stylish and really nice hotel in the center of city. Easy reachable from train station. Very tasty and good breakfast. Good and friendly communication in reception and during breakfast. So for us - staying in this hotel was really nice experience.

The property is well located and spotlessly clean. The staff Carlo, Irena and Barbara are a great team who go above and beyond to be helpful. Barbara’s breakfasts are a delight, varied and fresh and delivered with friendly chat, humour and advice on where to visit. Carlo and Irena made great restaurant recommendations, drew maps and made reservations for us. They told us what to look out for, points of interest and experiences. certainly a trip up to Montecatini Alto on the funicular was not to be missed!
