“Beautiful Hotel in Montecatini”

Classic Italian Hotel with fantastic staff and cuisine. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

“Donot go for this property.”

They offered me a room in a separate building than the original building thats in the photos. They claimed its their own hotel but its the next door building which is a separate property. All the amenities were in the main building and this was a separate building. I stayed for just one night and had to change the hotel but they charged me for all 3 nights and didn’t offer a refund for the next two as payment was done in advance.

The location is perfect, the beds and pillows were good as well, very welcoming and helpfull staff: big compliments too Jessica and Christian + the staff from breakfast. They made us feel very welcome🩷

Hotel is a fairly nice looking property approx 15min walk from the train station. Although slightly dated, the decor is in good order and the lobby, reception and bar area are clean and tidy - as are the rooms. Check in was easy with English speaking clerk which made our life easier! Breakfast is completely adequate for the 3 nights we were there. We also had dinner on our 1st evening which was very nice indeed. our room was Ok for what we needed and the bathroom also served its purpose, but again, some updating would improve its appeal overall. All the staff throughout the hotel seem to work hard and efficiently although they appear not to have a sense of humor.. at all?? Not a lot of smiling or laughing going on. All in all, the hotel Parma e Oriente is an adequate option if staying in Motecatini with very handy train links to Pisa, Florence and beyond.

“Perfect stay in Montecatini Terme”

This hotel was our base for exploring Montecatini Terme and Florence for 5 day and it was great. The hotel is really charming and room was lovely. Breakfast was really great with lots of variety of food - from salads, cheeses, yoghurts to fruits, all kinds of bread and pastry and of course some meat products too. One night we also had a dinner in hotel restaurant and it was really great - tasty and pared with some excellent wine plus excellent service. Staff in hotel is really wonderful - polite, helpful and always with a smile. Hotel is in the center of Montecatini Terme - 10 minutes walk from the railway an bus station and 10 minutes walk from funicular to Montecatini Alto. All recommendations!

Room was plenty big enough. Shower was huge . Plenty of storage. Pool and garden were amazing. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Great staff, clean and has a dated feel but it has a lot of charm. The new spa facilities are incredible and well-priced. The packages are worth it - had a wonderful massage from Tanya. The receptionist Jessica was helpful and funny. The room was well sized and comfortable bed.
