“Never again!”
Dated hotel weird layout, tired, in need of an update, no real atmosphere, staff totally disinterested, no snacks no bar menu on offer, total disaster

The bathroom is in the room, no doors/privacy. I was on my own so it's ok, but I wouldn't be comfortable sharing this even with a partner. If this is a concern to you too, ask for a room with a normal bathroom.

Hotel is on the great location, with peaceful and calming atmosphere, also very clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was various, with a lot of healthy food.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to local attractions, the town centre, the train station and funicular for visiting the old town. Good breakfast-v attentive staff in the dining area.

Breakfast was amazing as was the view of trees outside. Homemade and delicious. The masseuse Marianne and the pilates teacher were just wonderful. I enjoyed the food too. The location is terrific.
