“Enjoyed the stay but town very run down and shabby. Shame as it was once a place to go.”
Location for the sites to see. Room was clean but as per usual with booking.com you get cheapest room on top floor with no facilities. Staff were very helpful.

“Nice room, unhelpful staff”
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast abundant and tasty. Amazing localization just next to the beautiful park. We would give 10/10 if it wasn't for the problem with parking and the incompetence of the staff at the reception desk.

“Overpriced for what you get making it poor value for money!”
We chose this hotel primarily for its location, as we were familiar with Montecatini Terme, so everything was within walking distance particularly to the train station to facilitate our plans we had for our trip.
