We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hostess Alessandra was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The cook Federica was also amazing. Every meal was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. It was such a treat to enjoy such wonderful food during our stay and it truly made the experience even more special. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.

Host greeted us and showed us around, took us to the local supermarket for our initial groceries. Great recommendation with the in-house chef. Great facilities - we ended up just staying at the villa the whole week.

Oh my god, where to even begin! This villa is outstanding, the pictures do it no justice, it is literally double in size. We were gobsmacked getting the tour from lovely and helpful Gerry - we truly felt lucky indeed. Communication with Alessandra was optimum also. The views of Montecatini and M. Alto are spectacular. There is more than enough to do: large pool, bar, table tennis, and a tennis court! Even more options to dine, in and out. The cooking facilities were great, with lots of staples provided, even a welcome hamper. We were all discussing when we could all return! All the rooms were of a premium standard, comfortable, lots of space and lots of bathrooms and chill out spaces. If you're even thinking about booking this, don't hesitate any longer and just do it :)

Staying at the villa was an amazing experience for our family! The villa is beautiful with a lovely view. The villa is clean and equipped and has everything to make the vacation amazing including a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and ping pong. Andrea and the team were lovely and responded and took care of any problem efficiently and quickly. We also ordered several breakfast and dinner meals that were excellent, and tailored to the things we like. We highly recommend the villa and will be happy to come there in the future for another visit.
