Dogs accepted. Beautiful location, green, swimming pool and area around swimming pool very nice, peaceful and quiet. Private garden with BBQ.

There was a lot of space in the apartment. The pool was nice. The bed was comfy and the whole apartment was very clean.

+ The location, a lush quiet hill with so many Tuscan highlights on a day trip distance + The pools and the garden + Seating indoors and outdoors + Neighbouring restaurant La Nina (max 1 km) + The neighbouring town Montecarlo (2,5 km) + AC in both rooms saved our vacation, it was so hot outside! + Daiana is a fantastic hostess!

The pool, the view from the apartment and the area around is very beautiful. These apartments are surrounded by olive trees and other dense vegetation so you will be woken up by bird songs. The tranquility you will experience here is top notch!

We were so disappointed with this place when we arrived. We expected more for the price we paid. No amenities were provided....no tea, coffee or milk, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. A single bottle of hand cleaner was provided but the pump didn’t work. Although we knew the decor and furniture was going to be dated, we weren’t prepared for what it was. The place smelt musty and of mildew. All the windows had been opened before we arrived to air the rooms, probably to reduce the odours. The windows and doors did not have any flywire fitted and the air conditioning was only present in the bedroom, meaning the living area was not serviced by it. If you were to leave the windows or door open to get fresh air in the unit its fair to say you would have been infested with bugs before too long. The outdoor table and chairs were located on an ant infested, bare dirt area with sparce weeds. Obviously the ants were a problem as there was ant powder along the front of the doors to the units Needless to say we were not happy and chose to leave and book elsewhere. We asked for a refund of the next 2 nights of our 3-night booking, but the owners refused...within their rights, but not good for customer relations.

It's a very nice and comfortable house. A very nice view and garden. The Pool is a highlight and also the very comfortable beds. Very very nice people and very Close to nice cities in the Toskana.

Great location in a nice old town Montecarlo which is a must to visit. The accommodation is close to Lucca and many hotspots in Tuscany.

“Family stay”

Appartments located in distinct area about 2km from Montecarlo, with almost no neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and bushes. We had really nice view from our bedroom. There is enough parking place for all guests. Two nice pools at the location. Every apartment has its own terrace place and barbecue. The service people were really nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Each room has a separate air conditioning.
