“Wow! Incredible place and would 100% recommend it here for either a relaxing or adventurous holiday.”
The villa was absolutely stunning. The facilities were beautiful and the location and views are out of this world. The host responded promptly to any questions we had and greeted us and showed us around which was a lovely touch. The little welcome gifts were a lovely touch! We were based here for a couple of days to relax and also got taxis into Arezzo 20 minutes away, to catch the train to Florence and Rome. Although Monte San Savino is rather quiet it is a lovely base and has some nice restaurants and cafes a short 15 minutes walk away.

“The perfect Tuscan Villa”
Villa Maria is a gorgeous property, stylishly finished with everything you could possibly need for a trip away. The facilities are immaculate, the bedrooms beautifully decorated and the pool absolutely perfect. Valentina is always on hand to answer any questions and provides a fabulous service. Could not recommend this property higher

“Great place for a holiday with family or friends”
We have spend a great journey with our family and friends at Villa Maria. The kids loved the big pool and garden. The equipment is just amazing, going from bikes to a real pizza oven. The view over the valley and surrounding villages is also amazing.

Amazing house with incredible view, fully equipped. Swimming pool prepared for kids with relaks area with sunbeds and umbrellas. Hosts always ready for help. Perfect place to start exploring Tuscany.
