When we arrived, the lady who welcomed us was very kind, and everything seemed fine at first. However, we had booked the family suite, which was quite spacious, but unfortunately we were not informed that this room was located in the basement. The conditions there were very uncomfortable: there was a high level of humidity and it was extremely cold. Because of these conditions, we were forced to leave the property the next morning, as it was not suitable for us to stay, especially considering comfort and health. We believe that the other rooms located on the upper floor had different and better conditions, as they were more exposed to sunlight. We wanted to inform you about this situation, as it significantly affected our stay.
