Overview
Surrounded by vineyards in the Tuscan countryside, San Filippo features a garden with outdoor pool and free BBQ facilities. Our stay at Tenuta San Filippo was absolutely wonderful. The property is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards and the rolling hills of Tuscany – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well equipped – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The pool with its stunning view was a real highlight and a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We truly appreciated the warm welcome, including the delicious cookies waiting for us upon arrival. A special thank-you also for cleaning the apartment during our stay – those thoughtful touches made us feel truly cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. Very large apartment with really beautiful furniture and kitchen. Had everything we needed to work there for a week. Also very close to nice towns and village worth seeing.

Absolutely beautiful, like being in a Tuscan dream. Truly exceeded all expectations. The bedrooms are all of a good size, kitchen was well equipped and clean. Showers were hot and had good pressure.

“A perfect stay in an idyllic place”
This place is a lot more special than the photos suggest. The setting is idyllic and the big private terrace overlooking an expansive view is a delightful place to be in the evening sun. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment (the two bedroom apartment gets morning sun). Tastefully furnished, spacious and bright. The only sound is bird song. Pleasant interactions with Cassandra and the owners. Not often we leave a place thinking we’d love to stay another week.

“Peace & serenity in the wonderful Tenuta San Filippo vineyard we had to ourselves for days!”
We loved the location that was private and quiet. We enjoyed strolling in the vineyard just a few steps away from our accommodation. Tenuta San Filippo is a great get away from the commercial areas. After traveling for 10 days before Tuscany, it was also very convenient to have the laundry just below our unit.
