“Perfect night in beautiful Montalcino”

A beautiful place to stay. Fabio was great at communicating with me throughout. Check in was done personally by him and our night at his wonderful place was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely homemade goodies made by Fabio and a really nice spread of everything we could imagine. The room was decorated to a high standard and the shower and bed were just right. Thank you so much for hosting us Fabio. X

“Beautiful farmhouse”

Lovely home with beautiful views. We had breakfast outside, overlooking the beautiful valley ( thank you Fabio) Breakfast is fantastic with super yummy home made cakes and also savoury things ( egg, cheese, ham) Room was very nice and spacious with nice views from our door (Archi Room) it had a little outside area where could sit right outside of our door ( the Lamparedia room does not have this). There is also a very nice areas all over the property to sit and relax, sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the views. Fabio was a good host 👌

Everything was perfect, but the most important part, our dogs loved it😁 We will come back☺️

Everything was perfect! A wonderful host who responded immediately to our every request. We felt like we were being hosted by a very good friend in his villa.

A truly special place in Tuscany managed by Fabio. The access is easy, even for a low car (I recommend access from Montalcino), and the breakfasts are simply wonderful. The décor clearly reflects the personal touch of the owner – unique and full of character, nothing like the typical accommodations you often see. Fabio is incredibly helpful, polite, and always available if needed, yet discreet enough to allow full privacy. The views from the hill where the property is located are breathtaking – this is the real Tuscany, just like in a movie. If you’re looking to avoid the commercial and repetitive, this is the perfect spot for you. Thank you Fabio

Il Burellino was stunning and Fabio was so helpful - would highly recommend! You need to rent a car to access.

The house is so nice and cosy, still very styled with attention to every detail. Great beds, stunning view and birds singing, the only crowed you’ll hear in the morning. Fabio is an exceptional host, his pies are just delicious! He also gave us so good restaurants reccomendations that made our stay complete! 10+
