Everything was great! Localization is perfect, beautiful, between nothing. You can find calmness, chill and fun cause of amazing owner Aldo who take care of your stay in every part. Restaurant is beautiful with tasty food and even much better tasting of their own wines. Apartments was so huge, well furnished and comfortable. Additionally you have possibility get to know whole process of production their own (tasty) wines during winery tour. So, if you look for real Tuscany, Cordella in Montalcino Wine Resort is best what you can choose!

Aldo is a super nice owner who gave us an incredible dining experience at the restaurant and during the wine tastings. He treated us like guests in his own home. We are also incredibly thankful for his help after we were left without a car due to an accident. He was very kind and helpful, taking us to the villa and, the next morning, to the nearest train station.

“Lovely accomodation and cuisine in a quiet setting”

Exceptionally spacious room at a very reasonable price. Wonderful setting. Good double bed and bathroom. There are no local restaurants. Most guests come here for the resort’s very high quality cuisine and for wine tours.

Aldo was a great host. He is the owner. He greeted us with a glass of wine. Aldo works all around; from the kitchen, to the fields and more. We felt like the amount we paid was a steal. Our accommodation was huge. If the location was fully booked, we would have likely had to share an apartment with another couple. In the end we did spend some money there. We drank a whole bottle of Brunello and enjoyed the wild board that Aldo was cooking up for 6 hours. Though there is no reception, everything was taken care of.

Rural location but well developed property with spacious rooms.

The place is beautiful, peaceful, and pleasant! We stayed there for two nights. On the first night, we had an incomparable wine tasting! Aldo, a wonderful host, prepared an incredible dinner to accompany the wines. And that's considering we were with our 5-year-old daughter, who was also warmly welcomed and treated with care so she wouldn't get bored during our dinner.

It was extremely spacious for a great price. We stayed for one night only but wished we couöd have extended. The view is great and theres beautiful and very quiet surrounding.

“Absolutely fantastic!”

While traveling through Tuscany, I was looking for a place where I could see a vineyard — and this experience went far beyond my expectations. The location, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, was absolutely magical. I arranged an evening vineyard tour with wine tasting and dinner, and everything was perfectly prepared by Aldo — the vineyard owner and chef, who I had been in touch with before my arrival. I was incredibly lucky to have the vineyard tour all to myself, and dinner was served just for me in the garden. It was truly WONDERFUL. The two-level room, with a kitchen downstairs and a bedroom upstairs, was clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. Every window offered a stunning view of the vineyards. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I will definitely return one day. And the wine? Absolutely fantastic!

It is in a privileged location and the apartment is huge. The pool is a nice feature after a hot cycling under the toscan sun.

The room is very spacious and i really enjoyed the privacy. I partake on the wine tasting and it was just perfect, with aldo, the owner and chef, being very patient and generous with the wines. Also, I got a really good deal on the wines I wanted to buy.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. First, I booked it on the recommendation of a friend and wanted to use the pool, but it was horrible! The water was very dirty and moldy, it looked abandoned... Second, the water in my room wasn't hot enough; if it was winter, I wouldn't be able to take a shower. Finally, our apartment was completely empty, with no household utensils. We bought wine and couldn't drink it because there were no glasses, cups or anything else... It's frustrating because you rent an apartment and have a microwave, stove, refrigerator, but you can't cook anything, or even drink a glass of water... unfortunately, I won't be going back!

“A relaxing stay.”

Aldo was amazing. He made our stay special. He was attentive to detail especially during the wine cellar tour and during dinner. His food was great- amazing primo, delicious fresh filled pasta and eggless tiramisu. His speciality was the wine 🍷 super! Thanks for your sterling hospitality. The view from the bed was simply perfect- lined Cypress trees.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After completing the reservation and self check-in, we did not receive any further instructions about the room number or how to enter. The gates were open, so we decided to drive in, but it seemed the hosts were celebrating at the time. We waited for an hour and a half, trying to call the provided numbers, but no one responded. At one point, a woman answered and rudely told us off. Eventually, what appeared to be the host showed up, clearly intoxicated. He assigned us a room and quickly left. Unfortunately, the room was completely unprepared: all the windows were open, it was very cold, there was no heating, no towels, and no toilet paper. The only redeeming factor was the beautiful view from the window. Overall, a huge disappointment.
