Owner Sara is very helpful, friendly and responsive. The place is extremely clean and well maintained with everything you might need, including coffee for the mocha ! Awesome views of the valley below.

Great place! We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It is very comfortable. Walking to / from the old town was no problem.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vacanze La Pineta. The location is great — just a 15–20 minute walk from the city center. Everything was spotless, and having parking at the property was a big plus. Communication with Sara was excellent. We highly recommend this place!

Everything - any items requested were delivered with delay. Location, peace and quiet, view quality of property finish, plenty of towels all basics provided. Excellent value for money.

The view is breathtaking from the terrace on the 2nd floor, 2 separate impassable rooms, a huge kitchen, air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds, cleanliness, private parking, everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, the hostess provided free mineral and sparkling water, towels in the rooms and the kitchen, very beautiul apartment on the 2nd floor of the small private house, a quiet place. I totally reccomend it.

Everything was perfect. You can have that great experience. All rooms were stunning, big clean comfortable, even the washing machine was super. Host Sara had fast response to the questions we had. There was even a printed guide folder. Grocery is minutes away. Really quiet at night for those light sleepers. Value was not an issue. Grab this place fast.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vacanze la Pineta. The apartment is stylish, beautifully renovated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace and peaceful garden views. The host was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Position - the new residential area above the historical city of Montalcino. The historic city centre is easy reachable but you are far from the city noise.

Great Location, just outside the old city. Big apartment that contains fully equipped kitchen, family room, bedroom and balcony. The bedroom has coffee table.

Beautiful house, very well decorated down to the smallest details. New facilities and very complete with all necessary utensils. Perfect location in Montalcino. The dawn in winter is a beauty in itself, which brings you closer to God and opens you up to reflections on life. My family and I are grateful to Sara for her service.

Very cosy and spacious apartment with 2 completely separate rooms (double door). Nice vintage style furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Huge terrace and perfect view from the window. The host is very helpful. We will definitely stay there again!
