Very good location. Near to MOntalcino, so you can go there on food but located in a quiet zone with an incredible view on the Tuscany hills and fields. The room was very big, with a big kitchen equipped with every thing you can immagine.

The location is great. An 8 minute walk up a hill on a path to city center. Marcella and staff are awesome. Gorgeous view and setting. Breakfast every morning of meats, fruit, coffees and pastries. Our rooms had kitchenettes that you could make your own food as well. Did not want to leave 😊

“A great base for a Tuscan meander.”
A perfect location, an easy walk into the stunning Montalcino, lovely character filled stone accommodation amongst grapevines snd olive groves with glorious views across the tuscan landscape. A lovely dinner was arranged for us on top of excellent breakfast spread. Marcella and her staff were very attentive and Marcella was exceptional in resolving a billing issue we had.

Very nice clean place in a good quiet location with gorgeous hills and wine yards views and walking distance to the city center of Montalcino. The host Marcella is very communicative and friendly, speaks English pretty well. The kitchenette is enough equipped in case you might want to cook. The beds are comfortable.

Marcella was very helpful & gave us good advices to get around. Great Panaromic views , walkable distance to Montalcino centre. Shaded parking & very convenient. Simple but delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the stay

“A perfect base from which to explore Tuscany.”
Well I am tempted to fib in order to prevent others from filling up the rooms as we would like to return one day. But failing that, this is a fantastic place to stay. A short walk up a hill to Montalcino - which is a really nice village - and with amazing views across the countryside. Good breakfast on the terrace. Parking fine. Go slowly up the hill when you arrive as the drive down is not immediately obvious. Montalcino has everything: scenic, exclusive and tasteful shops, good restaurants and bars and a supermarket at the top of the hill. Home of Brunello wine, expensive but worth it.
