Set in a renovated historical villa from the early 20th century surrounded by a 10-hectare park, Villa Sestilia Guest House is 4 km from Montaione. It offers a swimming pool and a tennis court. The buffet breakfast is served daily and includes homemade cakes, jams, and savoury products. Juices and cereal are also provided. The restaurant specialises in Tuscan dishes. All elegant and air conditioned, the rooms feature big windows overlooking the park, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with toiletry set. They have antique furnishings. The San Miniato Golf Course is a 20-minute drive from the property, while the San Vivaldo Monastery is 10 km away.

We had the loveliest stay at Villa Sestilia Guest House while over in Tuscany to photograph a wedding. The views are breathtaking and the whole place is so peaceful and quiet – exactly what we needed in between the busy wedding celebrations. Lorenzo Masi and all of his family were so welcoming and made us feel completely at home. The staff were incredible too, always helpful and going out of their way for us. Couldn’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be back!

“Fan-tas-tic”
This place is amazing. The staff was excellent and the delicious. It was a great a really great stay. The location was also fantastic, we were in the middle of the tuscan country side with serene rolling hills.

This was our second stay here, and it was fabulous again. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were exceptional. Cant wait to return. Highly recommended 👌 Thank you for making our stay so great.

“Loved it, will stay again”
Breakfast was great, the restaurant on site Casa Masi is amazing and stunning. Tennis courts was a bonus and we played a few times. Room/bathrooms super clean/spotless. Soft sheets and fluffy towels. Definitely surpassed expectations.

“Magnificent”
I traveled with my 9 yrs old son and this is just a stunning place. The area is huge Villa Sestilia is just one house where guests stay, but it is so well distributed. In Villa Sestilia but also in the restaurant casa Mia, you have so many old items, which have been cherished. From the food, to the facilities to the kindness of the people, the serenity and the beauty of the nature makes this a unique place to stay. I will plan to come again.

“Absolute Heaven!”
