Nice and comfortable stay in a wonderful location. The view from the terrace is priceless. Calm surroundings, ideal for a relaxing stay. Closest town about 5-10 minutes drive away. Very helpful hosts.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The location is simply stunning, offering a spectacular view. The accommodation itself was in excellent condition—spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We received plenty of helpful information about the area and things to do. Every request we had was answered promptly, and throughout our stay, the host made sure that everything was perfectly fine for us. Although we didn’t get the chance to use the pool, we noticed it was cleaned daily, which clearly reflects the standards maintained throughout the property. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return.

“The perfect villa in Tuscany!”
This is one of the most amazing places we have stayed over the years. The host was such a wonderful lady, who was so helpful and prepared for guest who want to roam all over Tuscany. She had information prepared for every city and monument. The house is more than wonderful, has a private pool and a lake. Secure, clean and so in to nature. There was an electric car charger too.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped, with tasteful furniture and a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect — quiet, yet close to everything we needed (e.g. grocery stores). We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The location of the property is incredible, the owner is very friendly and is always available for whatever you need. Everything is within a 10-15 minute drive from the restaurant to the supermarket. In short, if you are looking for a real experience of Tuscany, you are in the right place.

A beautiful place that I wholeheartedly recommend. The property is new, clean, and fully equipped. From the windows, there is a stunning view of the surrounding valleys. We had access to a clean, lovely pool, which we gladly used. The hostess is extremely kind and very helpful at every step. I recommend this place to everyone, and I myself hope to return to once again experience that family-like, Tuscan atmosphere!

It is very beautiful property which is clearly very well looked after - immaculate in every way. The views are spectacular and the surroundings stunning. The host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly, with some great restaurant recommendations (and help with booking). It really is a wonderful place. The apartments themselves are well equipped and very comfortable. We will be back!

“Tuscany dream”
Loved everything about this place! Beatiful surroundings /landscape and just as you would imagine Tuscany in your dreams! Not too far to drive to Pisa, Florence and other Tuscany highlights, and hiking just by the property. The place is carefully renovated with high quality material and details that adds to the special feeling. Well equipped kitchen and effective/modern AC. Great with a starter kit in the kitchen. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is just amazing, with a clean and beautiful pool. Garden is well kept and nice looking. In general the place is super clean everywhere. We had a wonderful vacation here and would love to revisit. 10 points definitely!

Great nature, Great toscan scenery . Must see . Object Pogglio Giulia is fenomenal and it is on fenomenal location. Staff is very Nice and helpfull. We will go back there for sure.
