The location was perfect after touring Greece, Croatia and Italy for 5 weeks we opted for a week here at Il Torrino. The welcoming staff were superb, friendly and very professional. Our apartment was perfect to chillax in and enjoy the facilities. Lovely garden and a great pool. Secure parking was also offered. Dinner in the garden setting on the grounds at sunset was superb. The apartment was brilliant in every way. We opted for a 2-bedroom apartment to give us more space. The village Co-op in Montaione provided everything we required to cook our own meals for a change. Amazing pate and the best basil pesto ever! Whilst there were other families staying at the resort we were secluded enough to be private. We ventured out each day to see the many beautiful sights and found fantastic local winery/restaurants. I would highly recommend this resort in every way.

“Very pleasant and relaxing stay”

The resort consists of several blocks of one or two apartments each, each with outdoor space, and spread over quite a wide area so there is plenty of quiet and privacy. The resort is built onto the side of a hill, so there is a lot of walking up and down, but it's very green and well maintained. The shared salt water pool area is lovely, there is an excellent tennis court. Our apartment was a little dated but perfectly functional and comfortable. The nearby town of Montaione is small but pretty, there's a good supermarket nearby, and there is a lot of beautiful Tuscan scenery on your doorstep.

We liked the location very near to Montaione. Carpe Dieum and Casa Masi must go to restaurants, quad biking in town excellent. We had 1 bed apartment with excellent outside area, pool super, laundry facilities excellent (free) Sara and Aesa helpful but never asked if everything alright or how’s it going. Pretty grounds.

Absolutely beautiful in every way. A stunning and peaceful location in the Tuscan hills, beautifully maintained, very nice staff. Even though a resort, it's more like a small secluded village - with an incredibly stunning view. We even found some porcini in the woods around the place. If you're looking for a romantic getaway - this is the place. We're already planning our next trip to Il Torrino :-)

The location was perfect . Nestled in the rolling Tuscan Hills, between Florence and Siena. It offered quiet tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist centers. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful, always willing to help ! The A/C was super efficient and very welcome due to the extraordinary heat outside .

Beautiful property with wonderful gardens. Pool area was fantastic and very quiet. It was nice having the different areas to sit around the resort and enjoy the views. Very responsive and helpful team running the resort.

The estate is absolutely beautiful and so well thought-out and well maintained. You can have all the privacy you want as all the apartments have their own private outdoor spaces and oatgs leading to communal areas but you can also socialise at the gorgeous salt water swimming pool and restaurant with stunning views of the valley where they organise dinners for guests on Sundays and Thursdays. We stayed in D’Annunzio apartment and loved it: it’s right at the top and very private. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Sara and Asia were very welcoming. Our daughter loved the playground, the tennis court, ping pong table and walking around the estate. A beautiful holiday place in Tuscany with easy access to popular towns.

“A wonderful Tuscan Haven”

We stayed in Magifico. It was amazing. Clean, cosy and cute.. exactly what you expect from a Tuscan cottage. Staff was super helpful and polite. Did not try the restaurant but heard good reviews from other guests. The cottage itself is fully equipped.
