Very good contact with Host. Laura were very responsive for every questions we had before arrival. Casa itself is magic. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, fresh linens. Every window equipped with mosquiters and shutters. Highly recommend this place for everyone

We liked the quiet location and the private parking. The host was kind and helpful – she explained everything via WhatsApp, and the tips she sent before our arrival were very useful. We appreciated the recycling and waste sorting system. The kitchen had a coffee machine, and we were happy to receive coffee capsules. There was also a dishwasher available. The Wi-Fi signal was very good and stable during our stay

Very nice place, and Laura made us feel very welcome. Excellent home base for exploring places like Florence, Livorno, Piza and Lucca - free parking on premises if you’re driving. The nearby pizzeria has incredible Tiramisu and desert.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very friendly and helpful, offering good suggestions for local attractions and remaining accessible throughout the stay. The property is conveniently located at roughly equal distances from Florence, Pisa, and Siena, though a car is indeed necessary. Set in a tranquil, verdant village, it boasts a stunning Tuscan view from the village center of Montaione. The apartment/room was spacious, and it seems the host kindly provided an upgrade to a larger apartment, which surpassed the expectations set by the photographs. Although our travel season precluded us from using the pool, it appeared inviting.

Staff is great and friendly. Great pool facility and very nice garden. Parking is enough for all guests. Room is nice and the kitchen has all utilities required. Really nice balcony too! Although no mobile network available, the internet is really fast!

Very helpful hosts.... from welcoming till departure... 50mn drive from firenze... we have visited all surrounding villages and the beautiful toscany region... all was in less than 50mn drive... Siena San gimignano certaldo firenze chiante... hosts were amazing helpful and warm friendly ...

The best thing about this property is location, 1 hour of driving to all must see places of Tuscany...surrounding is beautiful, pool is great, people are very nice 🙂 we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that it was very hot also during the night since the apartment has no AC and fan was not enough, but even though we would recommend this place to everyone 🙂
