The apartment is well equiped. There are two stainless steel frying pans, so forget the damaged and scratched teflon pans. The entire area feels very cozy, you can eat outside and drink coffee in the garden. There's more sunbeds than needed so you will always find a spot. Some people complain about the signal strength and Wifi, but it works decent outside the apartment in the shared areas, and I consider it as an advantage, you can finally relax and forget about scrolling your phone. Also, there's a storage room where you can do your laundry and this is a huge benefit if you stay for longer.

The location is perfect, not very far from big cities like Florence and Siena and it takes only 15 min to get to San Gimignano (best gelato ever). The property has a nice pool and big garden. The apartment is spacefull and very warm (we went on April so the nights would get a bit chilly, but the heating was always on). There is hot water in any time of the day and the owner is very polite and helpfull.

Quiet location with a lovely view over the hills, and with proper weather one can see the mountain ranges. The breakfast delivery is a very welcome service. The rooms were clean, had a good equipped kitchen, and the pools are very clean. You can have breakfast outside and enjoy the countryside. The host gave good tips for hiking routes.

Very nice property and well taken care of. Apartment was big and clean. Nice and quiet place for a vacation in the village. Pool is also great and clean. We had a nice time here.

The property is very nice, and we were lucky to get room number 106 (If I remember well) which is not the main building but in smaller one, and we felt like we had our private garden. It was beautiful, with a small patio and sitting area. The pool area is well-kept. Lots of greenery around the place, since the property is secluded in a more wooded area. Very convenient morning delivery of breakfast (you order an evening before). The ladies that are running the place are super nice!

The accommodation is in a nice location, high up in the hills. The landscape is very beautiful. The most impressivel Tuscan cities and locations can be easily reached by driving along beautiful roads. Nice and clean, well-equipped apartment Extremely good value for money accommodation. I strongly recommend it to everyone who doesn't want to hang out on a laptop or smart device all day, but wants to enjoy the exceptional beauty and atmosphere of Tuscany.

“Lovely basic farmhouses in a beautiful setting”

Lovely old style farmhouses in a lovely secluded part of Tuscany. The pool was great and very clean and the breakfast ordering was a fab touch! Had a great couple of nights stay but didn’t spend too much time here as attended to help set up a wedding nearby.

Super friendly staff and option to order fresh bread, pastries etc delivered in the morning.
