Clean, well equiped, fantastic view, great pool

“Nice property, zero hospitality.”

The grounds are very well kept. It's a very nice and authentic Borgo in the middle of nature. We had our dog with us and were able to take some lounge chairs from the pool area to create our own relax area just outside the pool area. We were staying in "La Stalla" the downstairs apartment. It was very nice and cool inside, despite it being 30+ degrees outside. Upon arrival there was a welcome package with ingredients to make a pasta which was thoughtful. It's about a 25-minute walk (uphill) to the town which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was 10/10. Can’t wait to come back

●The location – quiet and perfectly placed for cycling trips in the Tuscan countryside. ●The apartment – large, very clean, well laid out, and comfortable. ●Each couple having their own bathroom was a big advantage. ●The young staff member was extremely kind and helpful whenever we had an issue.

House was clean and spacious. Very well situated if you have a car to visit all the main cities in Tuscany. The host was very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t enjoy the pool as we went in the spring and it was still cold and raining sometimes. But it is stunning.

Everything was beautifull. View, terrace , comfortable beds , contents. Nature all around you and realy nice place for vacation. From this position you are 30-60minutes to all other minor beautifull cities but also Florence . I reccomend this accommodation for someone who came to explore tuscany and its' beauty .

Lovely Location on the hill with a beautiful view and pretty close to town. Superb swimming pool. The flat itself was sufficiently equipped and overall satisfactory.

Beautiful property, stunning location, pool is wonderful, hosts are so kind and helpful with all questions and recommendations for the local area. Local town is a 20 minute walk away but is up hill just for information, several nice restaurants and a gorgeous view point. Car recommended beautiful drives around this area to lovely villages points of interest to visit. Highly recommend this property we loved our week here🥰, we stayed in the 2 bed apartment perfectly fitted family of 4 (with 2 older teens). Note to be aware listing is incorrect there is no private pool, but it’s not an issue the pool is large and perfect!

The location of the house was really good, in a peaceful neighborhood, and within a perfect driving distance from many beautiful medieval towns of Tuscany. The house was exactly like in the pictures and the view from the yard was incredible, even better than expected! The owner was very polite and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great, just what we needed. The location is amazing, very peaceful. We arrived late and the staff left some spaghetti and pomodoro, olive oil and wine so we were able to make dinner. The apartment was clean, the pool looked great although it was too cold for us to swim. The location is great to male daytrips around Toscana. all in all, prrfect.

When special place meets special owners. We absolutely loved the place. There is a beautiful view on surrounded vineyards, hills and olive groves. Watching sunrise and sunset is an extraordinary experience. The farm is located within short walking distance to small beautiful town of Montaione owned by locals, not tourists, which we found as a big plus. We really liked our apartment, terrace and simply the whole place. The owners (Mr. Morelli and his son) are very kind (and very funny) people, that always help and care of their guests. They produce their own wine and olive oil, that you can taste the first night as it's all included in the welcome basket. We had some difficulties during our holidays and they always offered us their help. This place has a SOUL thanks to people running it. Thank you Marco and Moreno! You will always stay in our hearts. Everything about the holiday was amazing. Our little home was just perfect - private, well equipped, plenty of hot water and wonderful hosts.
