We had a great stay for 10 nights with a family of with 3 children. The location was great, in a quiet rural town with an excellent restaurant across the road and good parking on the street. The area is quiet and the property has beautiful views, but is well situated for short trips to towns like San Gimignano or Volterra, or day trips into Florence/Pisa/Sienna. The property has a stunning swimming pool and a shared terrace to sit and rest, as well as tennis courts and the option to walk around the property through the olive and cherry groves and forested area. Our apartment was large and comfortable for a family, with a large living space and well equipped kitchen area. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Great location for touring the area. Fantastic terrace and pool with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Wonderful host Martina who helped us solve any issues immediately and with a smile! We loved Moovie her gorgeous dog too! Would highly recommend a stay here.

“The most amazing stay in Italy”
First of all, Martina was super helpful and kind. We were welcomed by Moovie, a super friendly dog. The views are amazing. The beds were perfect, spacious, just the right softness/hardness and it had all the amenities we needed. We've made a lot of use of the tennis court too. If you enjoy long walks, this is the perfect place.

“Great place, great pool Close to san gimiano and volterra”
Our appartment was even more impressive in person than in the photos—spacious, very comfortable, well maintaned, charming and with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape. We loved the deep pool and the beautifully maintained grounds. A special thanks to Martina, the heart and soul of the place. She was incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay truly memorable.

We had a truly amazing stay at Agriturismo Le Case di San Vivaldo. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful — exactly what we needed for our family relax vacation. Everything was well thought out, including small details. The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and lovingly maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — we will definitely be back!

“It was really great extended weekend break in perfect location and beautiful surrounding area.”
Location is ideal for visit to Tuscany. All of the towns that we visited were easily reached. Apartment was really great, and Martina who is running the place was very helpful and we really had the great time there. The place was ideal for our dog too, because we had a private garden, and there is a lot o f open area for walks. Italy is the far most pet friendly country we have ever visited. This place deserves recommendation.

Very helpful and friendly Staff. Great view from the terrace. Although a short walk to the pool, it was a nice pool always clean and tidy. Good location to go off exploring.
