The host was very nice and friendly, the house is gorgeous and it's surroundings fantastic. It was very clean and we got the experience we were expecting based on the pictures and information on the reservation.

The beautiful farm house stands on a hill surrounded by fields and has a wonderful panoramic view. Located 10 minutes drive from a big supermarket. The apartment is big and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Landlords are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay - we were walking the Via Francigena and our hosts kindly gave us a lift back to the trail.

Everything was perfect. Lovely family and so helpful. Would recommend highly to anybody who is looking for peace and tranquility in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Great place to stay, good location, very nice and friendly host. We felt really welcome. Clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was there.

Friendly host

It is a quiet apartment in the old renovated Toscani farmhouse. The apartment is located on the first floor so be prepared to climb the stairs. It's stylishly equipped which can be good or bad depending on your taste. There is an outside dining table, hammock and table tennis table. I should not forget to mention the host. She is friendly with good English and gave us a ton of tips on what to visit and also patiently answered all of our million questions.

“Peaceful and quiet - great location”

I liked that it was away from it all. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery of Tuscany. Every corner opened up a new vista. Owned by a young couple, they made every effort to ensure we had a great stay. When one in our party had some stomach issues they quickly made an appointment to see a doctor. We are truly grateful. The property though close to grocery shopping etc stands by itself on a hill. To enjoy all the mountain villages a car is definitely a must especially to visit places like Florence, Siena etc.like we did. They recommended restaurant Passa Tempo el Cubo which was excellent.

“Fantastic, beautiful location, with a great apartment and host!”

Our stay here was magical. We cycled here and could see the house from a few kilometers away and it looked magical. Once we arrived the host was very welcoming and had secure bike storage for us within the courtyard. The apartments were great and held everything we could ever need with fantastic views. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to explore Tuscany.

“Peaceful place”

I was only there for one night as I needed to be in the area for a wedding but I would recommend this property for a longer holiday. The place is absolutely peaceful. It sits on a hill with lovely views. The owners live next door and they were absolutely welcoming. I didn't realise that there was no breakfast included (and there is no bar or immediately nearby place) but the host was very kind and provided up with fresh milk, coffee, fruit and other items for breakfast. We really appreciated that since we were only staying for 1 night. It is a nice place to explore the local area from. A car is absolutely necessary. It is isolated and as such a very peaceful place.

Great location, high up in an area of lovely grassy hills. To get there you should have your own wheels, though; and we were on foot, walking the Via Francigena. This passes 1.5 km to the east on a straight line, but much longer on small roads. The couple running Agriturismo were most kind: not only did the lady pick us from a point where VF crosses a road, but next morning the gentleman got up to drive us back there as early as 6 a.m. (the only way to avoid most of the afternoon heat). This gesture was one of the highlights of our walk across Tuscany! They also generously provided us with the basics for breakfast, even though meals are not included. We only regret having had so little time to enjoy the comfort and quietness of the place. It's a long way from home, but we wish we could return there sometime in spring, when Tuscany certainly is even more beautiful. The swimming-pool, when ready, will be an extra bonus.
