Nestled at the foot of the Langeberg Mountain Range and surrounded by wineries, The Vineyard Country House features an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and patios overlooking the garden. It offers modern rooms in a country-style setting. Each of the 5-rooms the country house has to offer is individually decorated and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen satellite TV, a seating area and private bathroom facilities. Breakfast is served daily using fresh local produce. Guests can take a swim in the pool surrounded by vineyards and the tranquil rural surroundings. The country house has a furnished sun terrace overlooking the garden and mountain ranges. Indoors, there is a traditionally decorated lounge area with antique furnishings. “A delightful, comfortable, stay at a lovely venue well located in the beautiful town of Montagu.”
The whole experience was a delight, from the warm welcome, through the secure parking to the offer of something to eat in the evening. Our host, Estelle, could not possibly have been more attentive.

“Twice the charm, second time around”
This was the second time staying at the Vineyard. The stay was even better than our last holiday. The room was relaxing and luxurious. The guesthouse is central enough to walk into village for browsing or dinner.

“A pleasant one night stay in an attractive small town in the hills.”
Room was very comfortable, breakfast very good, and a helpful and pleasant host who helped us with a dinner reservation. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but would have been happy to stay longer.
