Set on a sprawling river front stand, the tranquil setting along the river is spectacular. The space is beautiful with many thoughtful touches. I enjoy relaxing on the couch, admiring the mountains and paging through their selection of travel books.

The property is meticulously designed to provide maximum comfort. Everything is done thoughtfully and with attention to detail. The ground is spacious and the pool is a wonderful spot for relaxing. Probably one of the best accommodation gems in South Africa. Montagu is a charming little town. Galleries galore. Friendly people. Overall a fabulous experience.

We loved everything about this property! Huge yard with a veggie garden they let you use! The splash pool was heated and being able to sit in it during sunset was unmatched with the birds chirping in the background! The open windows to the mountains on both sides was unbelievable!! There’s no tv however the games they provided with the speaker made us for everything!

Lovely secluded property conveniently located in the centre of Montagu. Spacious with lovely fittings.

Amazing architecture, beautifully finished with all amenities that one could desire. A great country setting right in town. We loved our stay, thank you.

Stil is perfectly located, with gorgeous mountain views, to walk to restaurants or hike in the nature reserve. The property is beautifully decorated with all amenities for a very comfortable stay. Being dog friendly is a big plus and Martly has thought of everything to ensure the comfort of her guests AND their dogs. The heated pool was glorious! As was the massage therapist that Martly booked on our behalf. Highly recommended.

STIL is perfectly set up for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. The house has every amenity we wanted and the setting and views were beautiful even though it was misty and rained during our stay. The town and best local restaurants are all within walking distance but the house feels like it’s out in the country! We can’t recommend a stay at STIL enough.
